The location and the balcony of the apartment were the 2 good things about the holiday. The Balaton lake was quite close (less than 5 min walk). Also there was a public "beach" (15 min walk) which was clean and child friendly with lots of facilities and huge trees that offered shade.

We got notified a day before our arrival that we should bring our own towels as they will not provide them. Luckily we had towels as we were traveling from another booking, but it was not mentioned previously in the presentation of the apartment. One of the shutters were mall functioning, meaning that they could not be fully closed. The host mentioned that someone will come and repair it while we are booked, but we let her know that it is not bothering us and we prefer not to have it repaired while we stay there. Our request was not taken in consideration and a team came to repair the shutter the next day. This is a lack of respect which bothered us a lot, not to mention that we just had an afternoon sleep which was affected by the repair team. Pillows smelled like moldy. Sheets were minimal and not of good quality.
