Attentive staff. Every employee here is motivated and performs his function with professional pride, especially at the reception and the Concierge/Portier. Tasteful, clean decor, perfectly maintained. Beautiful room. Excellent food and wine recommendations at George V, but also at lunch at 333.

The staff, location and property were all lovely. We had perfect weather which only made everything even better.
You need to make a reservation for the hotel car park. We didn’t learn that until we arrived and the car park was full.

- breakfast was very average - a 5 star should have a lot more variety. we were very disappointed!

Great staff, Amazing hotel, Great location. Spa was very nice. Restaurant was excellent. Room and bed were great.
There was a lot of loud children in the restaurant. It would have been good to keep them together in an area so other guests could enjoy their meal. Phone in the room didn't seem to work but that was no big deal.

Very comfortable room with a (limited) sea-view.

Bland swimming pool area almost municipal in character.
A couple of the younger front-desk staff, who were borderline rude. Generally, the younger staff were in need of training.
Almost impossible to get waiter service in the garden area.

Location and spa
Food in main dining room was very disappointing, and the restaurant they sent us to in tow- Cafe Rouge was also poor. There are much better choices in Dinard!

Location; very smart; very nice staff; clean; quiet rooms
Sometimes little things could be better e.g. housekeeping came to turn down room in the evening and when we asked for extra tea / milk was told we’d have to wait til morning ; sat by the pool / on the terrace but no one around to provide drinks / food etc. Minor points but for a 5 star hotel should be straightforward. But on the whole it was a great stay

The hotel is on a cliff overlooking the bay. It’s the perfect combination of modern comfort and French charm.

This is a lovely hotel in a superb location. The choice at breakfast was very good although this didn't apply much to us as we have a very simple breakfast normally.
There is a beautiful pool and lovely terrace.
We strolled around the coast to the main part of the town in an easy 15 minutes maximum.
We found that for the cost of the stay the room we were given was rather small which was disappointing. Otherwise we can not fault the htel.

Absolutely fantastic view - we had a room facing the bay, very clean, nice staff
Comfortable room and nice bathroom and overall facilities - great breakfast - nearly over the top.
Not much to say but waitress with big stain on her black vest did not look great in a 5 star hotel. No hotel parking.
