The place is on the beach front.

The place was dirty (dirty windows, breakfast room full of dirty tables with dirty dishes), poor breakfast,impossible to get eggs or normal coffee, slow service. Very small bathrooms. No direct sea view from rooms. They lied about conditions of our departure. Very unfriendly stuff who treated us like fools.

We requested a room with 2 beds They did accommodate us, however the beds are the worst I’ve ever slept on. Hard and springs digging into you

old hotel; no wifi in room and very slowly in open areas; the room was dirty (shower, floor); mattress felt like an old spring mattress; very noisy - amusement park during the night, a lot of children, could her neighbors talking; elevators slowly; pool closed between 12:30-15:30; door not lockable from inside; had to wait for 2 hrs for check-in, even though the staff always told me "ready in a few minutes", overall worst experience for a very long time

The location of the hotel is great - direct access to the beach and within easy walking distance of shops bars and restaurants

The bedrooms in no way reflect the standard of room I would expect from a 4 star hotel . The rooms had very basic very very out dated decor - they urgently need a refurbishment . Not having access to Wi-Fi in the bedrooms is ridiculous! I would not stay in this hotel again until the rooms have been refurbished and Wi-Fi access has been improved .My sister was staying in a 4 star hotel along the beach which had much better rooms so I could make a direct comparison !

looks great on exterior, but very dated inside rooms, smelt of feet, very old stained green carpet, smallest balcony I’ve ever seen!!!!

Amazing view! All the rooms have see view. Private beach. good breakfast.

Beach was a bit dirty on the first day. no internet in the rooms.

The beach it is good for the kids but there's too much stone if you can remove the stones in front of the beach it's gonna be nice.

The room is not comfortable. The air-conditioning is not functioning well. I recommend to renovate the facilities. It's cost too much for the current situation of the facilities. thank you.

The Staff were nice and helpful, which is the only good thing about the hotel The location is good too but to be fair all the hotels in the street have sea views so not quite an advantage I could also say it’s good for family with kids they have a lot of entertainment programs for them (all hotels in the area do based on what we sow).

Everything else 😡🥺 - There are two lifts in the building, one stopped working in the third day and never was fixed (we stayed two weeks) the other also wasn’t working very well and we got stuck twice in it.😤 - The cleanliness was poor, the lady was super nice but seems the hotel policy is bad, one lady for each floor which makes it impossible to clean properly so they just changed the towels and mop the floor quickly 😪 - We booked two weeks and got no upgrade what so ever as we normally get for long period in four stars hotels(not on the peach access nor any service the hotel offers).😒 - The peach beds and umbrellas are 20€ a day so we used the free peach near by, the breakfast is 9 € a person, lunch and dinner are 18€ a person each. In a city with really cheap and good prices so my advice is go eat outside 🤷🏻‍♀️ - The noise of the cleaning carts starts at 7 am (not the staff fault they barely have time to finish before check in time) so as a vacation it’s a bad way to Wake up so early like this. - Last but not least THERE IS NO INTERNET IN THE ROOMS🤦🏻‍♀️ and the one in common areas is really bad. Even our own phone coverage was bad and had to go out every time I need to make a phone call.😕
