I know it is not your problem to solve, but it would be highly appreciated if You could work with the city to repair the open sewer system in front of the hotel. It smells of urine and the front of the hotel porch is always wet. The management should encourage their employees to look at movies spoken in the English language. If you solve the sewer problem I will stay there next time.

the room was spacious, the breakfast was fine.

I’m used to 5 stars hotel and this one gave us an impression of maximum 3 stars. By arrival we got a room that from the windows we looked direct to the air conditioner external equipments. They changed the room after our complaint. Personnel tried to be friendly, but failed, the corridors were moldy, the toilette ventile was very loud, the internet was not good at all, the room was smelly, the pool was under renovation and even the minibar was noisy. the pub next door was extremely loud as well and we could hear it all from the 9th floor. this was not a hotel to relax and enjoy comfort.
