Great villa with a large pool and lots of living and bedroom space.

Bathrooms could do with a bit of an update but were plentiful. A simple fix would be fixings above head height for shower heads.

We had a great stay as a family. The villa is very spacious and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. It is located in a quiet residential area, just a 15/20 minute walk into the centre of Carveiro. The owners were fantastic and always on hand if we needed anything. Would recommend!

Plenty of space in both communal areas and bedrooms. Lots of crockery and kitchenware provided which was very handy when dining as a large group. The outside balconies and terrace area were lovely for socialising outside.

A shower fixing higher on the wall in the downstairs bathroom would be great.

everything’ was brilliant

Matilda met us at the property a little earlier to drop our bags off, a fantastic start. She made us all feel very welcome right away. The villa was very spacious and for the 8 adults on our trip, we all felt there was plenty of space. A delivery of a large chocolate cake mid week was a lovely surprise and treat although, I cannot guarantee everyone will get one in future! A 20 min walk to the beach was no issue to us. Shops close by for supplies and plenty of restaurants. The food we had all week was fantastic, I honestly couldn't fault one meal and the service was 1st class at every location we visited. Thankyou Matilda, staff and the people of Portugal for making this a very very special trip

The location of Villa Miguel is good and within easy walking distance of the town The villa is lovely with plenty of space The kitchen is very well equipped with plenty of good quality cooking utensils crockery etc. The outdoor space is superb , with loads of seating and sun beds. The pool was great with the added bonus of a poolside WC great for little ones and two showers There was also a very good supply of towels for beside the pool The owners of the Villa (who are on site) were very pleasant and extremely welcoming.

IThe property had far too many personal breakable Knick Knacks around the villa We had three children under 5 with us and had to place things out of the way of little fingers The en-suite shower of the main bedroom needs attention It is quite grubby and dripped constantly I think a couple of sun umbrellas would be useful

The Villa is awesome, Matilde was the perfect host, she even made a chocolate cake for the children !!!. We had such a brilliant time, our grandkids never stopped smiling all week. We cannot recommend this Villa enough, it was a perfect week, we look forward to staying there again.

We had no issues at all with Villa, there was nothing we didn't like.
