We loved this place! The location is amazing, nice garden and swimming pool. Very quiet and relaxing. The apartment was clean and there were everything we need. Definitely recommend!

The place looks and is shabby, torn blackout curtains, dirty deckchairs, block washhand basin drain, no ac in living kitchen area. Uncomfortable bed.

in my opinion the property must make a good use of the garden and the pool! is a very beautiful place and the pool didn’t had water and the garden was not well valued ;(

Close to Lagos but in the countryside. Silence and peaceful. Lots of kitchen appliances. The owner is very helpful and always there to help you out if there is any issue. Totally recommended.

Wi-Fi sometimes isn’t working so well.

The host was friendly and arrival was easy, the facilities are good, including the garden and pool area.

THE WIFI IS EXTREMELY SLOW (via sattelite, not cable) and the place is located in a 3G/4G "deadzone" so you will almost be completely cut off from the internet, even though the description says the place has wifi (which is technically correct, but it is useless wifi). The concierge person informed us that they will have cable (normal) internet in a few months... (we were there late July 2021)

Not too much kitchen utensils, so cooking is a bit more difficult. Unfortunately also no possibility for a bbq outside due to fire hazard.

The Quinta is a lovely place. Set on about an acre 5 km north of Lagos. The grounds are lush and well maintained. The pool looked inviting but were usually out during the warmth of the day and didn't use it. Evenings are cool. The apartment was quite large and very clean with a well equipped kitchen. Comfortable bed. There are a few friendly cats about. Jorge is a helpful and attentive host. The only downside is the wifi barely worked indoors but worked reasonably well sitting outside. The location is not in a very scenic area, but it's quiet. We enjoyed our stay very much.

on the ground floor we would have whished for moscito protection in the windowframes to keep moscitos and cats out when getting fresh air.One window did not lock, but as the premises are guarded, it did not really feel insecure.
