Appartamento di 600 m² situato nella fantastica città di Winter Park, proprio accanto al fiume Fraser. L'unità è al piano inferiore, quindi non devi preoccuparti di trascinarti attrezzature da sci e bagagli su e giù per quelle scale infide. A pochi minuti dal centro città Winter Park ea breve distanza dalla città di Fraser.
All'interno dell'unità troverete bagni completamente ristrutturati e camere da letto appena dipinte. Il soggiorno con divano letto e cucina ha un aspetto rustico / retrò che ti dà una sensazione fantastica per alcuni giorni di sci sulla vecchia scuola. TUTTI I NUOVI apparecchi in acciaio inossidabile ti fanno sentire come a casa. WiFi gratuito incluso!
Il fiume Fraser è proprio fuori dalla porta principale, che è bello ascoltare mentre dormi e rende alcuni bei paesaggi e vita selvaggia.
La struttura dispone di un nuovissimo centro ricreativo e lavanderia con piscina, 3 vasche idromassaggio (2 interne e 1 esterna), un tavolo da biliardo, sala pesi con attrezzature aerobiche, grande schermo tv, buca per il fuoco, parco giochi, mezzanino partito, e altro ancora! Tutto questo a poche centinaia di metri dal parcheggio.
Winter Park e Mary Jane hanno alcuni dei migliori sci e passeggiate in campagna e non mancherai a nessuno di questi con solo 5-10 minuti in auto per la montagna. Nice place. Good location. Our only issues was the noise from above.

Very small but remodeled and easy to find and access. Only complaint is that you can hear essentially every movement from the unit above as if it is right next to you. Small thing to note is to remember to bring bar soap and shampoo unless you want to share a large Costco sized bottle with whomever was there before you. But nice and clean and accessible. Perfect for what we needed. Located within a HUGE condo complex of several (over 2 dozen) buildings and they are not in numeric order so follow the host directions otherwise you will not find it. Good water pressure for those that care.

This condo is in an older property but was very nice and comfortable inside - all recently renovated. We had ample room for two adults and one teen. We appreciated the full kitchen, extra half bath, fireplace and coziness. On the negative side, other guests walking above and outside can be noisy but it never bothered us. It has a great location for hopping on the lift shuttles and getting to winter park. The community center was also very nice with lots of amenities. Though the outdoor hot tub could use a refresh. But it is hard to find a complaint about this property

My husband and daughter both said it was perfect and already said they want to stay at this same place next year for the race. They loved it was on the first floor and enjoyed the pool and hot tub.

Perfect place for three boys
Spartan, but clean and functional. 5 minutes from the mountain. Easy in and out. Perfect place for a dad and two teenage boys. We would absolutely rent this place again.

Great stay and cozy home!
We stayed at Bryan's place for a week for skiing and family time. I changed my reservation last minute to come early to help my niece during a surgery, and he was very responsive and accomodating to the request. The apartment was in a great location close to the resort, town, and the Fraser River Trail. It was cute and cozy and the additional supplies such as coffee and shampoo was much appreciated, as was the beer in the fridge! Thank you, Bryan for a great week!

This was a fantastic location to everything. The lift bus stop is right outside the building. Our family of 6 fit just fine with the space! Thank you for this great place!!

This is a great property. It fit our family of 4 perfectly. The creek that is right by the condo added a special touch. Great location to everything. Owner was great to deal with. I would highly recommend and if we were able to come back, I would want to stay here again.

Just Perfect!
This condo was perfectly sized for a family of four. The condo was clean, well stocked, and conveniently located for both the shuttle to the ski hill and for exploring Winter Park. Would definitely stay here again.

Clean and cozy
Extremely clean. Excellent value. Ideal location. Perfect accomodations for our family of four. Well-equipped kitchen made eating in easy. There is no dining table but a folding table and chairs are available. The beds are not new but still reasonably comfortable. Owners were kind and responsive to inquiries. Would stay again!

Great location, well stocked, good value, but dated unit
We've stayed all over WP/Fraser, but this was our first time a Hi-Country Haus.
Pros:
- Convenient location (5 minutes to mountain, next to everything in WP, right behind Hernando's, and bus stop is right outside door)
- Updated indoor pool/spa/rec center- Nice update here. It did get crowded(we were there after Christmas so expected). Overall kids loved it.
- Kitchen and unit very well stocked- Everything we needed was there (pots, utensils, spices, trash bags, TP, wifi, even shampoo and body wash). Hosts are extremely thoughtful and generous here, which really made the stay convenient.
Cons (really minor):
- Size/layout- We knew it was small when we rented, but with the living room is small to the extent it is difficult to watch TV as a family. Not a big deal, but with only 1 TV in unit (and we were there in college bowl season), it was a minor inconvenience.
Age- The building is clearly aged. Not in bad shape, and the owners have updated the bathrooms (which were nice), but the bedrooms, kitchen(minus appliances) and living room were dated and in need of a refresh.
Overall- This is a decent value property in a great location. If you have a small crew (we have 2 young girls so it was fine), this unit will work for you. Anymore and I think you'll be on top of each other.
Rental process with owner was seamless and easy. Communication and access was perfect. They even left some adult beverages, which although we did not partake, we did appreciate!
