Gorgeous Oceanfront 2 Bedroom at Windjammer!
Il bellissimo condominio si trova tra l'Oceano Atlantico e l'Intercoastal Waterway a Saint Augustine. Facile accesso alla spiaggia Molto privato e raramente affollato. Guarda i delfini giocare in mare aperto o uscire a bordo piscina con i bambini prima di passeggiare per le strade acciottolate della Città Vecchia, tenendo nella storica atmosfera del centro e tutto ciò che ha da offrire. C'è molto spazio per distendersi e rilassare le tue preoccupazioni! Il condominio è andato sotto nuova proprietà e ora è in mostra: una cucina nuova di zecca con ripiani in granito e tutti i nuovi elettrodomestici in acciaio inossidabile; nuova regina e letti gemelli con nuovi materassi e biancheria da letto nella camera degli ospiti, nuovo coprimaterasso e biancheria da letto per la master suite, grande TV da 55 "a parete in camera grande con Blue Ray, nuovi televisori per entrambe le camere e vernice fresca dappertutto. Forniamo anche un telescopio e un binocolo per osservare le balene o i delfini. Sono inclusi anche TV via cavo, Wi-Fi e diverse porte USB per la ricarica dei dispositivi.

This place was great for our needs. Things we loved included the view/balcony, huge shower, comfortable beds and living room area, tvs.
We were afraid to use the microwave because the coating on the inside was broken off and there was rust inside. However, overall we were happy here.

My unit was clean and nice. The rental agent was fine. But the property management was non-existent. My first week I had an infestation of insects on my deck which flew in every time I opened my door. One day the only pool on the property was infested with insects to the point of being unusable. There were workers in the unit beside me banging with hammers early in the morning and all day long. No one was managing parking so SUV’s were parking in compact car spaces and maneuvering through the garage was hard. All of these issues were reported and met with a deaf ear by the property management

Beautiful condo. Has everything you need . Enjoyed a great week . The view is wonderful, you can’t get any closer to the beach . My 89 year old dad loved sitting on the balcony. Had a few issues end of the week with elevator getting stuck . It was resolved. Would definitely stay there again. . Would recommend to owner to maybe replace coffee maker, didn’t keep coffee very hot, couldn’t get single ( keurig part to work) microwave worked , just worried it would blow up . ( made a loud noise) . Those were just minor. Most definitely will book again.

This is a nicely laid out condo with good design features and a great beachfront location. The condo was very clean but there were a number of maintenance issues that need attention such as adding screens on the two sliding doors and the blinds on both doors were in bad shape.Also note that the building’s elevator seemed to not work parts of many of the days we were there. It required walking 4 flights of stairs.

The condo was great and is located about 15 minutes south of St. Augustine. The condo was clean and in good condition with a well stocked kitchen, nice bedrooms and bathrooms, and high-end furniture on the balcony that was nice to sit on. Swimming pool was very nice but is not heated. The beach was very level and is great for walking.

Beautiful view of the ocean, very attractive condo. One small problem was that the description said there was a DVD player. There was one there, not hooked up. I mentioned it to the property manager and he said he would take care of it, but didn’t.

Condo was very clean, kitchen was well stocked, bedding towels more than enough, view was excellent the only issue with the unit was the heating/air conditioner, which was repaired quickly, cons: the area is lacking in restaurant facilities, there are lunch or snack shops but u must travel to get a dinner meal, St. Augustine is close but not convenient to travel every day

Overall we really enjoyed the condo. Was clean and kept very nice. The views from that condo are amazing. The only issue we had out there is we liked to fish and we used the dock multiple times and it seemed like there was never a person on duty who monitored things because homeless people were sleeping on the dock benches during the mornings when we went down to visit. The would pry the door open apparently but we never seen any security or someone in the office in the garage. The issue with the homeless people were they seemed pissed when we would get there because there would be grumbling and cussing from under their breath and it was an uneasy situation but they would pack up and leave.

Fantastic property and beautiful area (Crescent Beach , FL). If you are looking for peace, quiet, low stress, beautiful beach, and friendly folks, this is it! Property manager/rental company was very professional and easy to work with. Our party was three life-long high school friends (60+plus females) who enjoy traveling to a beach at least once a year. Our trip was unfortunately cut short by Hurricane Ian. We throughly enjoyed 3.5 beautiful days before Mandatory Evacuation Order issued. The property manager Derrick, was very helpful in communicating with us prior to evacuation. I have never given a property a “5” evaluation till now. So looking forward to a return. God Bless the people of Florida and other areas effected by Ian.

We had a fantastic stay at the Windjammer! The unit was clean and well stocked with all the little things you need for cooking and serving. The bed was comfortable and the bathrooms were of good size and pleasant. The location was excellent and the parking was superb. The owners of this unit have really thought out all the needs of a traveling guest. We would want to come back to this unit again and again! If we go back to the Windjammer we will want this unit!

Location was excellent. The beach was not busy. Perfect spot for a week's getaway. The manager was responsive to issues. We would book with him again. The only downfall: the pool needs to be heated. No one was using it.

Our five year old is immobile and in a wheelchair so I was very thankful for working elevators! This was my biggest concern but had absolutely no issues! Kitchen is stocked with plenty of dishes and had everything we needed! If you’re disabled or have one that is just know you’ll go down a few steps, off the dock, to get to the beach. Even though that was tough it’s much better than several other docks we saw that had way more steps!! The only thing that needs done would be the cushions on the furniture outside need cleaned or even sprayed down with Febreeze. We’d 100% stay here again!

Beachfront Beach
This is our 5th visit to our favourite crescent beach area and the Windjammer Condo has become our best stay yet!
Condo was excellent- clean spacious quiet well stocked and you could not beat the ocean front views off the balcony. The flying by of the pelicans was an extra bonus. Already planning a return visit in the fall

Crescent Beach
Nicely furnished condo and very clean. King bed was not very comfortable and had to go out and buy bed pillows. Great location and beautiful beach that was very private.

Quiet retreat
Condo was clean and adequate for 4. Bedding, furniture and condo in general were clean. Toaster needs to be replaced immediately. Location is in a quiet area directly on the ocean with a few eateries nearby, but most eateries, pharmacies,etc. available within a 20-30 minute drive. Check-in was easy even though we had to go to the property management office to receive the door code. Had issues with the elevator being inoperable for 4 days out of 7 ( this was a 4th floor condo), but fortunately was operable for check-in and check-out thanks to the property manager and building maintenance efforts. Thank you. Power was lost for a few hours early in our stay, but was fixed quickly. The property manager, Derrick, was very helpful and quick to respond to any of our needs during our stay. Property manager/owner provided a partial refund for the inconvenience of not having elevator service and fully functional AC ( which we did not report until the last day of our stay when the humidity was stifling-so that was on us). Overall we we would return to this property!

Right on the beach, very nice, clean, and well equipped condo. Easy parking underneath the unit near the elevator. 3 large TVs worked out great for us. Good internet (but network ID and password had typos in the data sheet provided). Nice stay.

Our vacation
Our vacation was great the property was as described the layout with 2 bedrooms and 3 baths worked out wonderful but the view from the balcony was breath taking of the ocean and the sunsets. Pool was clean and beach was too. Would go back again

We used SAVR for the first time, I was impressed with the quick, friendly & fast response I always got from Derrick, the condo was very clean & the view & the large balcony was the best,the only issue was that they advertise that the pool is heated & it was not, other than that few things could be improved, coffee make, toaster & MB mattress is not very comfortable, overall very nice experience.
