We satyed in June and it was already hot, but the AC works well and it was a very comfortable house! Loved having the games for our kids to play and, of course, a hot tub for the adults.

We reserved the house for our family to celebrate our 50th wedding anniversary. We had our adult children, spouses, and 5 grandchildren (8yrs-14yrs) It worked perfectly for our group. We enjoyed the front porch and firepit continuously, the kids loved the game room. The management company was so easy to work with. I had a couple of requests that were accommodated quickly. The walk to the beach was easy. I cannot say enough positive things. We would love to come back.

Beautiful location and great house, and just a 1.5 hour drive from home. First couple of days the wind was really blowing at the lake, but we went anyway. Great hikes in the area. House was all that was advertised, would stay there again.

We were there for three full days. On the second day we had a plumbing issue. Contacted company that supports and it was super messy. They kept sending self help options and videos, but with wifi being iffy, it was inefficient at best. They could not get a plumber to come in, and we could not use the kitchen sink. Issue came the first time we used garbage disposal, and we have one at home, so we did not cause issue. Ended up my son in law and my husband had to work on it, went and bought a couple of things and fixed. They were out when the issue started. I literally spent about 5 hours back and forth with the support folks for the house, and with three grandkids in the house, it was not fun and it was stressful. We could not use sink in kitchen. The lady helping us was very nice, but the solutions were not in par with what we needed, which was having someone come in and fix issue. Otherwise, house was nice, well suited for our needs.

Such a great home! Everything you could ask for - kitchen supplies, fire pit, hot tub, games. We had a great weekend celebrating my mom's 70th. A short five minute walk to the water. Property contact was easily reachable if I had any questions.

We loved staying at this beautiful cabin style home. It had plenty of room for me and my family. The views were lovely. The children had a blast in the downstairs play room. The 3 bathrooms made getting our family ready and out the door easy. The owners were very responsive and very accommodating.

My family came out for a vacation for the weekend. Most everything was well stocked and definitely clean and the space is nice and roomy and aesthetically pleasing. Those were all great and no complaints about the space itself except that the ice machine sporadically shot out ice and wasn't working well and the dishwasher didn't release the detergent pod on the first go so we had to wash everything again.
I feel it's also important to note that the lake is very much not a 3 minute walk from the house. I have elderly parents and expected them to have access but once you take a 5 minute walk to the parking lot of the beach it's another 8-10 minutes for someone with good balance and that is in shape to trudge through the sand to access the actual water (this was written in September so this may be different in early spring, but I wish we would have known that ahead of time and had better accessibility expectations). Many people drive right up to the lake which is another option but again, just so folks are aware of the beach vibe, it's very car heavy not pedestrian heavy.
Vacation Rental 365 also has a very outdated process for filling out some very lengthy paperwork (which includes you needing to have access to a printer and scanner). I'm not sure how often the hot tub is cleaned, we found it with sand in it and they told us just to turn the jets on to basically stir it around. And when we noted there wasn't any sugar in the house they said it's not considered a basic condiment. We bought some and left some there for the benefit of future guests. So just a heads up to know that you're signing up for a stay with a business, and not really for hospitality of any kind. Great place and location, and Vacation Rentals 365 was very available and responded quickly, but I've experienced better customer service from a hotel.

The rental process went smoothly. The house was huge, with high vaulted ceilings upstairs adding to spaciousness. The two wall-mounted AC units kept living areas comfortable during 94 F days. Bedding and appliances were all top-notch. Kitchen dish- and glassware, pots & pans, and cooking utensils were easily enough for our large group of two families. Kids really liked the game room and ping-pong table. My ONLY negative comment would be that the glass door to the backyard had been fractured prior to our arrival...something that should have been noticed and replaced by the maintenance staff before our arrival.

We were a group of 3 families, and the house was very convenient and well-equipped for our needs. We enjoyed walking to the beach, relaxing on the deck, and playing in the game room. Only drawbacks: there is not an air conditioner in the second bedroom upstairs, and the climate control didn’t work in that room (the heat kicked on at one point and wouldn’t turn off), so that family moved downstairs. The front door lock also ran out of batteries, and while VR365 we ended up not being able to lock the front door when we left.

Lovely Spacious cabin walking distance to Lake Cle Elum
We were 6 adults and one 2 year old and enjoyed the time in this lovely cabin. The king bed and pillows were amazingly comfortable, allowing the best night sleep in months. We enjoyed the firepit and hot tub. There was wood to purchase nearby and the kitchen was fairly well stocked. We were able to cook all our meals and all sit around the dining room table. The bonus room downstairs was great. We loved being able to walk down to the lake. Even the 2 year old could make it. Close to all the fun of Roslyn. I am not sure if it has since been updated, but the VRBO photos did not all match the house at the time we rented it. There has clearly been a remodel downstairs. The bikes advertised were not available even though the rental company told me they would be. All in all, we would stay here again, and probably add another night.

Spring Break 2022 - From Oregon
Drove 4.5 hrs from Oregon. Great house and location. Less than 5 min walk to the lake. The downstairs was perfect for the kids!! Hot tub was great (although a little sandy, with low water level). Master suite was great and all beds were super comfy. The bunk bed is squeaky so if you have someone who shifts and moves a lot at night, put them on a different bed!
We would absolutely rent it again!!!

Patio with heaters that kept us warm even in winter. Beds were comfortable, rooms had blinds that kept light out. Fireplace was cozy - they have games and puzzles in the living room which were great to have on hand.
Cons: No front door, you have to go in side of house and carry everything upstairs when you walk in. Kitchen was stocked but missing several things we needed throughout stay (measuring cups, for example). Stove/Oven did not work well - heat was literally pouring out of the top of the stove when the oven was on so we had to cook everything twice as long.
Note: the garage was really cold - there are two tiny space heaters and while they eventually heated it up, it took quite awhile.

The home was beautiful. Beds were great. Has a fireplace, hot tub and Rec room. All very nice. Communication from the rental agency was great. The price was pretty high, but doable. The location was very close to the lake, and a short drive to Ronald and Rosyln. Lots of great restaurants around in Rosyln. Suncadia resort is very close. And the ski resort Summit at Snoqualmie is a short drive away.
The only problem that soured the experience for me personally was a couple of texts regarding noise. One text was “reminding” me that if a “verified” noise complaint was received we would be fined 500 dollars to our credit card. Although it is very difficult to prove, it is my belief we were quiet renters. We did have a group of four teenagers in the hot tub until around ten at night. There was no music, fireworks, snow machines etc. They were in the hot tub talking, maybe laughing occasionally. Three adults were upstairs in the house talking quietly indoors and we never heard any noise at all from down below except the door opening and closing. I think the rental company is good but if I were to rent again I would choose a different property that was more isolated and not so close to neighbors that might be sensitive to noise associated with hot tubs. In the end I was not fined the 500 dollars so that was good.

Comfortable house and good location
The location is close to the lake, walking distance. There was so much snow during our stay that we took our sledding tube to the boat ramp at the lake. It was better sledding than Suncadia and less people. It was a bummer being so far from Suncadia Resort since that is where we drove for ice skating and the Santa's Village activities. It depends on what you want to be closer to, the lake or resort. But the beds were comfortable, just not enough blankets. The pans are also in really bad shape and pretty low quality. It was hard to cook. But overall it was a comfortable rental and we would stay again.

Great place to stay!
We had a great time at the Lake Cabin - with a fun game room downstairs and a short walk to the lake it provided a perfect get-away for the weekend. Also very grateful for the provided chairs that we were able to use down at the lake!

Great area, but property itself needs work for this price point
We enjoyed our stay but house was filthy, took numerous photos and sent to management company. It was just disgusting Hair in drawers, a lint quilt in the dryer (just gross) huge cobwebs in windows, dusty everywhere, downstairs game room area couches were filthy. Me and My husband had to deep clean before we could even unpack. Communicated this with management company and while they offered apologies nothing more was offered for help, and they were clearly annoyed by me telling them about all the cleanliness problems. However when rental companies like these charge for things being left unclean etc. you have to communicate otherwise they think it's you and you get charged. We will never rent another house managed by Vacation Rental 365. For this price point a clean house should be the last of the worries.

Lovely and spacious
This house was in a great location and was lovely and clean! We loved having access to the hot tub and ping pong table.

We had a great stay at the cabin. The house had a good layout, clean, and a good location within walking distance of the lake. However, we found the extended list of rules to be a bit tedious and even somewhat misleading. For example, the two separate parts of contract stated conflicting information about parking (max 4 cars, another part said max 5 cars) and emailing the property manager, they said a max of 4 cars. Once we arrived, the house documents stated we could park 5 cars. Other house documents said they would charge for missing towels, when there were already less hand towels available than the stated amount.Other minor things that were less than ideal - one roll of paper towel, one trash bag for the weekend. Would recommend bringing some extra. Overall, this is a good property, but be mindful of the management company and the long list of stipulations.

Great Place for Friends Weekend
We stayed here with 6 adults for the weekend. The space was great; open home layout and great deck. Walking distance to the lake and plenty of nearby trails to explore to the river.
The road it's on is a bit busy as the only road to the lake. It can be a little noisy. Also, property has plenty of space but not entirely private.
Overall we enjoyed the stay and would go back again.
