Very spacious family villa with large private heated pool & beautiful sea views
Situato nel tranquillo quartiere residenziale di Marbesa, molto vicino a numerose spiagge dorate, tra cui la spiaggia di Niki, a soli 10 minuti di auto dal centro di Marbella e Puerto Banus. La villa offre pace e tranquillità con molta vita a pochi passi di distanza. La struttura dispone di una piscina privata con ampia area a bordo piscina con forno per pizza, barbecue e zona pranzo. Very well equipped villa which provided an amazing holiday for our family, ages ranging from 3 to 80. The owners were really helpful leading up to our arrival and always responded really quickly to emails. I would recommend this villa bill

This property is all that is advertised, and more and good value for all on offer. We went as a family group for special reunion. There is plenty of room so you do not feel on top of each other. The villa is stunning and immaculate with plenty of activities to do. Pool beautiful and well kept. Hosts Mireille and Richard exceptional and very contactable. Lovely welcome and treat on arrival (thank you). Good location with nice places to visit (again thank you Mireille & Richard for clear welcome pack). All in all highly recommended this special place.

We have just enjoyed an all round excellent stay at this property.
As a group of 11 women wishing to spend some quality time together, this villa was perfect.
Communication with the owner to book and prior the holiday was brilliant, they were happy to answer any questions I had and provided us with lots of useful information about our stay.
Upon arrival it was obvious the photos don’t do the villa justice! Every room and space was beautiful, decorated tastefully, and spotlessly clean. The kitchen is very well equipped for cooking for big groups. The outside space was wonderful to eat as a group and relax either on the patio or by the pool. We had the pool heated which made it the perfect temperature for swimming in April, although we were lucky enough to have some sunshine!
The villa is a 5 minute walk from a large supermarket, which we frequented often. We walked the 7 minutes to the beach and had an excellent meal at restaurant Simbad. We got taxis into old town Marbella and Puerto Banus, which took approx 20 mins to both. The airport is 30 mins away and we used a prearranged transfer service as recommended by the property owner.

Spacious property with an amazing pool which was very deep at one end. Although the pool was heated it was a little cool for the smaller children. The owners were extremely helpful with any problems incurred. Overall the family enjoyed the holiday despite a few days of rain.

We had a fantastic time at the villa. It was even nicer than the photos and is so big with lots of different areas to sit if you do not want to be on top of each other in the villa.
It was one of the best equipped villas i have stayed in with every thing you need .There was a very good super market near by that stocks every thing you need.The villa is situated in a quiet area .We were allowed to get in the villa early which was really good because we arrived on an early flight. Mireille told us about the beach house for the last day and what a lovely place to spend our last day .They charged us 20 euros each to hire the sun bed for the day right by the sea front with luxury beds and tables and waiter service by your bed and the meal is one of the best we had .We did pre book with being a larger group they also provide you with beach towels .They also stored our cases as only had small 10kg ones not sure if they would store large cases.
Please book this outstanding villa you will not be disappointed .We had a fantastic relaxing great experience and well done to the owners 100%

We stayed as a group of 14 adults and there was so much room. Not only were all the rooms of ample size but the living, kitchen and garden area was a great size for all to have lots of room and not feel like you were on top of each other. The villa is well equipped and decorated throughout. The location was great and in easy reach by cab, however! down the uber app, the taxi companies struggled with out pronunciation of the address.

We had a lovely stay at this villa. It’s huge and has brilliant facilities. The pool is lovely and the property is clean, spacious and perfect for a big group. The owner was very helpful throughout the booking process and when we arrived. We would highly recommend. Thank you to the hosts!

Loved this holiday, the Villa is typical Spanish rustic, Its very close to the motorway for easy connections although you cannot hear the motorway - its a very quiet and private neighbourhood with large properties.. 3 or 4 restaurants on the beach's within an easy 10-15 minute walk - Supercor Supermarket is less than 10 mins walk. Puerta Banus is 20 mins in an Uber 30 euro's each way.......You have 3 Double Bedrooms and a Bedroom with 2 Singles on the top floor with an ensuite and a family bathroom.... Middle floor has Large Kitchen , Lounge and Dining room with another double bedroom... Lower floor has a living area and kitchen with 2 single beds, a furtehr Double bedroom and a further bedroom with 2 Single beds.. and a Games Room.... Outside you have an outside Kitchen , Garden , good size pool, seating area's and a large table that fits 12+..... Had a great time .. would go back.

We were impressed by the information we received prior to our booking and really pleased we could get into the villa a little early as it was ready- a kind gesture from the hosts. The property has plenty of room for a family ranging in age from 2 - 80! Pool was amazing and well used. We liked walking to the beach but most days chose to drive a short distance to more of a sandy beach. Villa is well equipped and we used the BBQ most nights to cook. Everyone enjoyed relaxing together. Thank you to Mireille, Richard and Nelia - who was very kind and helpful when needed.

We had a fantastic 14 night stay in this Villa. There were 16 of us with an age range of 1-73 years. Plenty of space inside and lovely comfortable loungers by the pool. Mireille was very helpful and quick to respond to any questions or queries. Would definitely book again.

The Villa, garden, pool and location are perfect!
Yes it’s in a quiet residential area so no spontaneous pool parties in the evenings but on the other hand only a few minutes travel from all activities and shops. Very convenient.
All correspondence with the owners was promptly answered and no problems occurred during our stay.
The check in was a bit stressful because the person handing over was ready 2 hours early and wasn’t keen on waiting until 4 pm (the stated check in time) and we had to rush a bit to get there earlier than planned. Early check in is a bonus so just mentioning this so others can be aware that it is a possibility.

My family and I stayed at Mireille and Richard’s property for 2 weeks. There were 14 of us, ranging in age from 5 to 75. Everyone enjoyed what this lovely home has to offer. The house itself is beautiful, and well cared for. It’s spacious and we never felt cramped. We spent a lot of time outside on the terrace and in the pool. The location is great - we were able to walk to a grocery store, to the beach, which has several good restaurants. We had 4 rental cars and no issues finding parking on the street. Mireille and Nelia were always available for questions and to help with whatever we needed. The neighborhood is quiet, the neighbors friendly. If we return to Marbella I will absolutely stay in this house again.

So much to like here ! Perfect space for 14 adults. Common areas such as kitchen and outdoor space and pool were wonderful ! Nearby amenities within 10-15 minutes walk and the town of Marbella about a 15 minute drive. Enjoyed every aspect except the neighbour that complained about noise despite our group considerately shutting down the backyard noise before 10pm nightly. Overall a beautiful property with character and modern conveniences that we were fortunate to rent. Thank you to Richard and Mireille for making your beautiful home available.

The property is perfect for a large family holiday. Great kitchen, very well equipped for cooking. The outside seating area is wonderful and a lovely pool. Access to pool difficult if you have disabled guests and 3 large steps down to the garden but we coped as many hands!!! Lovely walk down to the sea with plenty of great resaurants. We had a fab time

Very spacious for a family gathering and plenty of bathrooms. Very well equipped for cooking and BBQ ing. The swimming pool and the outdoor dining and sitting areas were lovely. We paid extra for the pool to be heated and the children practically lived in it.
The garden was pretty and there were lots of lemons on the trees.
Peaceful neighbourhood but very close to motorway so easy to get into Marbella and to the supermarket.
Beach was walking distance and we particularly enjoyed the Papillon restaurant which was right on a quiet beach.

We stayed as a group of girls celebrating our 50th birthdays. Communication with Mireille was swift and easy. The house itself is absolutely stunning and was huge! There was nothing more we could possibly have wanted for and we absolutely loved every minute spent (mostly chatting by the pool).

This villa was perfect for my 70th birthday celebration with my family. It is stylish and well kitted out with just about everything you could possibly need. Our party was 14 adults and they really enjoyed the the large outdoor table and we used the BBQ twice in 4 days. The kitchen is amazing with everything you could need for cooking and cold storage for drinks and food. Althought the bedrooms vary in size they ranged from amazing to reasonable. We drew lots to allocate them. It would be nice to have the broken jacuzzi bath removed and a hot tub outside. The pool area is lovely and was just about the right temperature for the third week of September. Others have written about taxis into Marbella but we used the bus which was great, had plenty of room for 14 and only cost 1.80 Euro each. The bedroom next to the games area could do with a door or curtain adding for privacy and to reduce noise and a waste bin in each bedroom was mentioned. Otherwise a great place to stay.

Perfect communication with hosts, we had everything we needed before we reached the villa and it was everything we had hoped for. It’s a quiet neighbourhood so wouldn’t be fit for big parties. Plenty of rooms, beds and space for large group to enjoy lots of different spaces in the villa. Supermarket, beach, and lovely restaurants very close by + short taxi rides to Marbella old town made it perfect location.

The owners of the property couldn't have been more helpful, I contacted them a few times with queries as it was a girls weekend I was organising and they did their best every time to help me even if they didn't necessarily know the answer. The booking experience was very easy, everything was done through the VRBO app.
We were a family of 14 adults and two children and found the villa more than big enough both inside and out. It had everything you could require. There were several supermarkets between 7 and 15 mins walk. There is also a beach within 10 minutes walk.
I would definitely recommend this villa and would consider renting again in the future.

Short stay
We picked this villa to celebrate the upcoming wedding for my sister. The villa itself is absolutely stunning and everything there you could want with a fantastic pool, all very private, there is a beach in short walking distance and a local shop. To go into puerto or Marbella town it’s taxis, these vary in price and can be pricey.
The views from the villa are absolutely stunning sea views on the upper floors. This comfortably fitted 15 adults with lots of space. Nice outside dining too. Would defiantly recommend.

Where can I start, we booked the villa for my mums 60th birthday trip for our family (15 people) Mireille was fantastic, so very helpful with lots of recommendations, quick responses and made us feel so at home!
The villa is beautiful, so spacious, the photos really don’t do it justice! We were blown away. I can’t imagine our trip being as special if we had stayed somewhere else! Cannot recommend highly enough!

Wonderful property with an amazing outside pool and BBQ area. Great location 5 minutes walk from the beach and a couple of bars/restaurants with amazing food and views.

The house is beautiful and large, pictures does not do it justice. Very clean, and nice a very sweet housekeeper. Nice area that feels very safe. My only comment is that the host is very scared of noise/music because of the neighbor, and it made us scared to be a nuisance. In the end we did play soft music and did not have any problems with the neighbor. But if you want to party this is not the house for you. Very happy with the stay all over.

The house and pool were fabulous we did have a few issues with the hot water but as soon as we told them, they sent someone out to fix it each time and communication was very good.

Literally the most beautiful villa I have ever stayed in! It was so clean, tidy, beautifully presented and just overall amazing.
