Location very good

We have problem with my booking but female staff not friendly and helpful. Just ignore and didn't do anyting to help. Very bad cust service need to improve

iron is provided in the room or can ask for one when needed instead of going to the floor where the iron is placed. a bit inconvenient.

Nothing ..... Room smelt of damp ... TV didn't work... Air con was leaking.... Bathroom was filthy the hotel as whole was filthy , lift was broken... Total shambles As a Booking . Com customer who has genius level I felt fully let down that you even show this property on your website.... Top it all off I have had to deal with fraudulent activity on my card that was used to book this hotel.....

Everything..... Please remove this hotel from your directory..... To protect your customers in the future.

The location's amazing, convenience stores, food, supermarket were all around. MRT station as well. Comfy and secure stay even for one person.

The two times I stayed here both the lights beside the bed weren't working at all. And the tissues/toilet rolls are like the least quality ones, it's not like a huge problem, but for the price we're paying, maybe it's something the hotel can work on to attract more tourists/ regular stays. Cleanliness in the toilet can be improved as well, two times I stayed it was a bit moldy around the bathroom sink.

The staff is friendly and helpful.

The lights in the room. When we use the heater, the lights will start to flicker. The bedside light is not functioning as well. The safe is low on battery. The water heater is not making the shower hot enough.
