Unit 83 - 2 Bedroom 2 Bathroom Condominium With Gulf Front Views
Ristrutturazioni verso l'esterno della Grande Torre sono in corso in autunno. Si prega di chiamare l'Ufficio per i dettagli. Questo splendido condominio fronte mare con due camere da letto e due bagni, splendidamente rinnovato, si trova all'ottavo piano del nostro edificio della Grande Torre e ha un soggiorno minimo di cinque notti. Viste dal Golfo del Messico possono essere viste dall'unità, perfette per guardare tramonti serali! La camera da letto principale ha un bellissimo letto matrimoniale con una TV a schermo piatto da 43 "con servizio HD. La camera degli ospiti ha due letti full size con una TV a schermo piatto da 32 ". Per rispettare il codice antincendio della contea di Sarasota, il numero massimo di ospiti autorizzati a dormire in questa unità è sei. Il bagno principale dispone di una cabina doccia con maniglioni, e il bagno per gli ospiti ha una vasca da bagno anche dotata di un maniglione. La cucina ha ripiani in granito e elettrodomestici in acciaio inossidabile. È completamente equipaggiato con tutti gli elementi necessari per cucinare: pentole / padelle, piatti, utensili, tostapane, macchina per il caffè e una macchina da caffè Keurig. Il soggiorno è dotato di una grande TV a schermo piatto da 55 'con servizio TV HD. Il condominio ha pavimenti in legno duro in tutta l'unità. Il patio chiuso con finestre scorrevoli consente di godere delle belle brezze costiere. La piscina sulla spiaggia mostrata nella foto non fa parte della nostra proprietà.

The unit was comfortable and spacious. The kitchen was nicely stocked. The gorgeous view was awesome. We love the quick access to the beach and the convenience of renting beach equipment right on the property. Best of all, the sunsets were a sight to behold. The only negative was we were there during the Tropical Storm, Debby, and the windows leaked during heavy rain. We had to soak up a large amount of water, using all the towels in the unit. It was nice to have puzzles and games available during the storm.

We were given two beach towels for a hole week we called to ask for two more at the end of our stay because our towels got soaked in the rain while we were at the beach and they told us they were not a hotel ... I’ve been renting for over fifteen years and this is the first time I’ve seen such bad service specially we use to get more towels before in a two bedroom unit

Accommodations were great! Everything we needed for 2 adults and 4 grandchildren, ages 7-12. The view was spectacular, if you are coming for the view this can’t be beat. The staff on the beach assisting with chairs and umbrellas made the week even more relaxing. Plan to provide your own umbrella or reserve and pay a $40 daily rate from a rental company located on the beach in front of the property. The unit was nicely updated and clean. The beds were comfortable and the extra pillows and blankets were appreciated. Great week, would stay again!!

I highly recommend this unit!! Loved everything about it!!! The beds are comfy. The kitchen is well stocked and the view is spectacular! We have stayed at the Palm Bay Club many, many times. The property is well maintained and the staff are helpful, friendly and courteous.

We just returned from our wonderful 5 night stay and I can't wait to return! The condo we rented was beautifully decorated and very clean! Everything was easily accessable from this location. I cannot say more about that view though. What an amazing location to watch the sunset from your kitchen window over such a great beach! If I had to criticize anything it would be the distance to the pool. And again this was not a big deal because we were really there for the beach. I would highly recommend this location.

The pictures don’t do this property justice. It is SO gorgeous. It’s the most well stocked condo I’ve ever stayed in. There’s everything you could need. The beds in the bedroom with two beds are extremely comfortable. I even tried to find the name so I could purchase one. I was told the master bed was comfy too. We are already planning our stay at this condo for next year.

My husband and I had a wonderful week of vacation at this Palm Bay Club rental. The views from the condo were awesome. The condo was very clean and well-maintained. I would like to see a washer and dryer in each unit. This would be an upgrade that is needed. Overall, a great location and I would recommend.

The Palm Bay staff was amazing; Accommodating, friendly, professional. The security on site was a reassuring feature and they were friendly and insured that only guests were using the property. My compliments to the owner. this unit was spotless. A beautifully updated condo. It had all the amenities you could ask for from glasses, dishes, silverware and much, much more. Our only complaint upon arriving was the cable TV did not work. It was addressed somewhat quickly, and then the internet could not be accessed. That concern was never fixed. I had to go across the hall and sit on the floor to access the internet, perhaps I was connecting from the other rooms. But, I would stay there again and loved everything about it except for the internet problem.

Spacious and clean apartment with plenty of towels and kitchen equipment. Friendly staff. Missed help taking chairs close to the beach for three days of our stay. Young guy from staff not in charge of chairs offer help one day. Wonderful vacation sharing with the family despite some bad weather.

A very average place. We will look at alternatives for next time.
The amenities were very average. The larger pool has no shade available and is surrounded by concrete and the brown pavers surrounding the pool were scalding on the feet. Their loosely termed fitness area is in either the mens or woman's bathroom (very much below average compared to other condos we have stayed at. Note that this facility does not have a complimentary chair service so you need to get your chairs in addition to your belongings to the beach yourself. Others do have complimentary chair service all day. We stayed for 5 nights and were required to use the same beach towels throughout our stay, or you have the option to use their washer and dryer and wash them yourself. I just think that if I'm on vacation, I should not have to do my own laundry which is why we all pack extra clothes (and a complimentary towel service would have been appreciated). On a positive note, the unit itself was very nice and bright and well stocked with kitchen utensils. The gulf view was worth the extra cost. So note to file just because towels are available, doesn't mean you will get fresh ones during your stay.
