Gorgeous location, close to the old town and the metro but still quiet. The apartment itself is huge and very nicely furnished, it felt like a fancy hotel but still had all the perks of an apartment such as kitchen, washing machine, etc. Zurab and his mother were very nice and helpful during check-in. Unfortunately we only had one night, but I would love to stay here again one day.

The house was very clean. There was everything we needed. It was warm. They helped us a lot even though we arrived late at night. The host is the best host I have ever seen. He's very kind and hospitable. Thanks again for the treats :)

This is such an amazing place to stay. Highly recommend!! The location is fantastic, right in the city center so you are close to all attractions but the location of the apartment is quiet. Nice restaurants and wine shops were just below the apartment. The apartment itself is spacious and comes with all amenities you need. It was also very clean. The best thing though are the hosts. They are super friendly and welcoming. They even prepared dinner for us when we arrived around dinner time the first night. Never seen such hospitality. Thank you Zurab and Inga!

Excellent👍. A wonderful place right in the center, which is the best way to explore Tbilisi. Large veranda with a beautiful view for evening gatherings. Clean house with comfortable beds. Many thanks to Inga for a very warm welcome, she treated us like her relatives😍. Despite the fact that our plane arrived at 4 am, she met us and even helped to solve the taxi problem. Thank you very much for the prepared lunch, sincere conversations and lovely souvenirs.

We stayed here for 7 nights with our teenage son and daughter and were very impressed with everything: the location was very central with many well-known sights, grocery stores, bakeries and restaurants all within a short walking distance. The apartment has two separate bright rooms that are divided by the entrance hallway and kitchenette. The larger room has a separate sleeping area with a double bed and additional single beds. The bathroom is large and well lit. The other room is a little smaller but is bright with an ensuite. The rooms were well-decorated, very clean and spacious and our teenagers really liked the layout. They were particularly happy that they had their own personal (larger) apartment to stay in. There was also lots of storage space, so we could stay organized and keep our things out of sight. The kitchenette was well- stocked with dishes, utensils and pots and pans for food preparation and it also has a washing machine which we put to good use. There was also a lovely porch and rooftop patio where we could relax and enjoy the sunsets after a long day of hiking or sight-seeing. More importantly, our hosts Zurab and his mom Inga were very warm and welcoming and it felt like we were staying with family! They went above and beyond with their hospitality to make our stay as comfortable and pleasant as possible. Zurab contacted us before our trip to help us organize our check-in date and time. He was also quick to reply to our inquiries and made our communication very easy. We highly recommend Apartment Paysage and cannot wait to go back to Tbilisi so we can stay there again!

This is a perfect place to stay in tbilisi. The host family were extremely welcoming with lots of warmth and love. The house is perfectly located 2 mins from the cable car, 4 mins to the old city and 1 min to carrefour and the metro. The inside is a full 2bedroom apartment + hall that can also fit 2 additional people with 2 full toilets. The house looks newly renovated with a fusion between modern and vintage, but every detail of our stay made us feel home. The patio was perfect for our breakfasrs. If you dont mind going up the stairs, we truly recommend this place.

The windows are soundproof, but some neighbors on the backside building were a bit noisy till 11pm, but this is not the host's fault. This place was perfect for us.

Loved the apartment and the location (very nice part of Tbilisi). Nice restaurants and wine shops were just below the apartment. Best part hands down was the lovely hostess. Though she didn't speak too much English, her son who was always reachable through whatsapp and helped deal with the language barrier. Will definitely book the apartment again the next time we're in Tbilisi. She out of genuine courtesy and her graciousness made us her own home-made khachapuri's for breakfast, which were the best ones we had in town. Loved our stay and their generosity.

Amazing stay: very good location near the Old Tbilisi, Zurab was a great host always willing to go the extra mile to make our stay even better. Great view from the terrasse (the cozy hanging chair nested some of our afternoon/evening naps), a lot of space, clean and very comfortable. Thanks a lot Zurab for everything

Everything about this apartmant was just great: amazing atmosphere, ambiance, very cozy, comfortable apartment!!!

Very clean, comfortable and beautifully decorated. Our host made fresh khatchapuri and grape juice on our first morning and surprised us with a bottle of wine. Location excellent for exploring the city.
