La casa LAKEFRONT è una rinnovata 3 camere da letto, 2. 5 bagni, soggiorno / sala da pranzo con vista mozzafiato, accesso diretto al lago, Family Room per un po 'di tempo o di lettura e un grande ponte di 1300 piedi quadrati e lo spazio del molo proprio sull'acqua.
Il lungolago è stato rinnovato e progettato con un mix di arredamento moderno e rustico per il vostro comfort. La casa dispone di ampi divani, sgabelli da bar, cuscini e spazio per mangiare fresco. La cucina è stata ristrutturata con ripiani in granito ed elettrodomestici in acciaio inossidabile. La cucina è completamente fornita per cucinare una tempesta. Il cortile sul retro ha una vista mozzafiato sul lago, pozzo del fuoco per una notte di smores e barche multiple da godere !!.
Il ponte di uscita offre viste mozzafiato, tavolo da pranzo per tutti, sedie Adirondack e griglia Weber per un fantastico barbecue sull'acqua. Il ponte conduce a un magnifico ed enorme molo con un arredamento da 14 pezzi con molti sedili eleganti e confortevoli, perfetti per un fantastico incontro per compleanni, lauree e molte altre occasioni. Un grande tavolo da picnic per finire per avere più spazio per il vino e cenare!

(piccola tassa $ 75 ad animale per durata della prenotazione) Portali con te in vacanza e lascia che si godano il loro tanto necessario tempo lontano dalla loro vita frenetica !! Bene, perché lasciarli soli o in un hotel per animali domestici, quando puoi averli direttamente da te e farli godere della casa e dell'acqua tanto quanto te.
Abbiamo barche per il tuo divertimento, direttamente dal nostro cortile senza costi aggiuntivi, abbiamo 4 kayak, 1 barca a pedali (4 persone), 1 canoa (3 persone), uscite divertendovi in acqua, la pesca è enorme colpito tra tutti i nostri ospiti. Il lago è non motorizzato, non balneabile, ottimo per la pesca (trota, spigola). Quanto meglio potrebbe ottenere quando puoi semplicemente camminare nell'acqua o sederti accanto 24 x 7.
La casa sul lungolago fa parte di una gated community. La comunità ha un centro di sicurezza e accoglienza 24 ore su 24 Abbiamo molti eventi familiari all'interno della comunità e in estate abbiamo accesso al pool della comunità e ad altre attività.

La casa ha 2000 piedi quadrati di spazio vitale, non appena si raggiunge la casa abbiamo una veranda per rilassarsi e entrando in casa abbiamo una camera familiare con un comodo divano, un tavolino e un antico angolo lettura rustico con libri e mobili della vecchia scuola che ti riporteranno indietro nel tempo.
Il mezzo bagno / polvere e la biancheria interna sono sul lato destro per l'uso, non devi preoccuparti di asciugare i vestiti, seguiti da una cucina ben fornita, con elettrodomestici nuovi, pentole e padelle, macchina da caffè, tostapane che chiami e l'abbiamo per te. Tu e la tua famiglia potete preparare una tempesta e un pasto abbondante.
La cucina conduce ad una sala da pranzo aperta e uno spazio di vita con un tavolo da pranzo e un sacco di sedie per godersi il pasto con vista sull'acqua. L'ampio spazio abitativo ha un comodo divano componibile e HDTV 4K da 55 pollici, WIFI e Roku integrati per il tuo divertimento! La casa è dotata di Internet / WIFI e TV via cavo
La casa è su due livelli, tutte le camere sono al piano superiore, la camera da letto principale ha i soffitti della cattedrale, con vista mozzafiato sul lago e un balcone per gustare un caffè o un pasto. La camera da letto principale è enorme con molto spazio nell'armadio, grande pianta del pavimento, divano letto, non vorrai mai lasciare la stanza! Tutte le camere sono dotate di ottimi materassi confortevoli e molte lenzuola, cuscini per farti dormire sonni tranquilli!
Forniamo lenzuola e asciugamani, quindi non preoccuparti se non vuoi o dimentica di prenderli, ce ne occuperemo noi.
Siamo vicini a tutte le principali attrazioni di Poconos, ti piacerebbe la posizione della casa se hai un gruppo di amici e / o una famiglia che ama le attività all'aperto.

First the neighbors do not want renters on this property. They have a sign posted facing the house telling you that they don’t want you in their neighborhood. They called safety community Police on us three time in 24 hours. Had to call Regional Police to file a complaint of harassment for her to stop. Apparently, the the community association and management company are to familiar with her. There is camera on property and the owner, and management company access them while you are there to see if your violating any rules and to see if the neighbors complaints are valid.
There is no grass for dogs to go to bathroom. Dog park is 1/2 mile from house within walking.
No dressers in any bedroom, no hangers in closets, sectional couch was worn.
Both Adults & kids had a great time kayaking, canoeing, bond fires, and fishing.
The owner was easy to get a hold of , very nice. I feel bad for him because his neighbor is a total Karen. The lake is beautiful and it’s a great vacation to be outdoors.
The price is way to high for this community and the aggravation of the neighbors.
The community is unkept there are some houses making updates and maintenance to their yards. Overall, the price wasn’t worth the area or the problems.

I don’t know where to start with this. Let’s just say the place does not look like the pictures. It was absolutely filthy. Food on the floor, dirty socks, flies and cobwebs everywhere. Garbage piled up at the end of the driveway. We stayed about 30 min and left. Family was literally in tears. If you want a painful experience book this place.

Family getaway
From the moment we walked in the door we knew we chose the right home. Very clean and spacious. The neighbor was not an issue as some have said. We would stay again. Thank you for allowing us to make new memories

Spartan but peaceful
Communication with the host was excellent. House was clean, beds were comfortable (except the bunks). Very sparse furniture. No dressers in bedrooms, no curtains. Kitchen was fairly well stocked.
Lake is peaceful and quiet. Loads of kayaks & a canoe were great for our family.
Definitely some weirdness has happened between other renters & the next door neighbor. Made for some awkwardness.

Great Getaway
Jacob was an absolute pleasure to communicate with. He was very responsive and very helpful. The house is as listed, it was clean and the outdoor space was great. My daughters had their first fishing experience there and loved it. We will have this house in our memories now.

The owner was very responsive to our questions however, the pictures posted of the property we quite a few years old. Maintenance needs to be done on the deck, deck railing, and steps. Deck cushions were a little old. Deck chairs needed repair work also. Kitchen was acceptable as was the inside furniture. The neighborhood has a lot of trash along the roadside as well as in front yards of unoccupied homes. Our family did have a lot of fun despite the downsides listed above.

Family trip
I’ll start out by saying communication with Jacob was easy and he was very responsive (5 stars).
The good: house and deck are spacious, kayaks provided, close to attractions in the Poconos.
The bad: the community A POCONO COUNTRY PLACE (google it) has high crime and is a bit run down. Given the amount of crime in the neighborhood the lack of security in the house was disappointing.
The neighbors are also sketchy, same threat as others said about their dog having a heavy bite and will attack if ours roams on their property. Also told us to not take pictures of them and put on YouTube? Very odd exchange. While I understand the review should be on this property the overall experience was soured due to my family being a bit uncomfortable.

Wonderful outside living space!
We stayed from July 7-10. The booking process was great. I heard from Jacob several times and he seemed very welcoming. They check in process wasn’t fabulous. There were only 2 people working behind the desk and this took about 30 minutes. After that, the vacation was wonderful. The boats for use were so much fun. Our kids had their first experience with kayaks. They took them out several times a day along with the pedal boat and canoe. We fished right off the dock all day. We used the grill, outside seating and fire pit lots. The inside was perfect for our group of 8 (6 adults and 2 children). The house was clean and came with towels and linens. WiFi and Tv We’re good. Will be booking again next year!

New Year's Eve Fam Trip
Views of the lake were amazing. The owner Jacob is extremely responsive and accommodating. The kitchen was great for entertaining as was the open floor plan. The decks were awesome as well. Definitely recommend this house.

My fall trip to the lake house.
My stay at the lake house was just what I was looking for. The property was so comfortable and easy to enjoy. My parents visited me mid week and fell in love with place as well. With the oversized deck sitting right on the edge of the water, and the canoe and kayaks ready for launch, you just feel like the lake is yours. Grilling dinner and then enjoying the fire pit is the perfect wrap up to a great day. Looking forward to a return trip as are my wife and my parents.

The property has a great view, Very nice updated kitchen and Jacob is easy to contact and get right back to you. We saw deer every day. Kayaks and canoes where awesome

This was a surprise 50th for my best friend.
11 females had the most wonderful experience. The home is clean modern and Jacob the owner answered any questions within minutes. Will hopefully be coming back each year to make new memories

Retirement weekend for my Dad
We had an absolutely wonderful weekend staying here Sept 2019.
My father doesn’t like big parties, but he has been looking forward to his retirement, so we rented this house so he could fish.
It was amazing! He could fish right from the dock- we caught about a thousand blue gills, but caught some bass and perch later in the day.
The view can’t be beat! We loved waking up right on the water and being able to enjoy our coffee right on the deck.
The beds were comfortable and there was more than enough room for everyone.
The actual community is a little run down, but this house is not, and it was a pleasure to stay there!
The owner was very easy to communicate with and so helpful with the check in process, things to do around the area, and check out.
I would definitely recommend staying at the Tobyhanna house to anyone who is looking to enjoy nature and a quiet weekend/week!

Lakefront getaway
The deck & available boats were the main reason for picking this house (also pet friendly) and everything was as advertised. The instructions for getting the gate pass for the gated community could have been better: A) publish hours for office, B) give clear instructions for getting to property by going back out to main road. After a long drive this was not a good start, but once everyone got there we enjoyed our stay & the owner was very nice and responsive.

A magical lake house
We had a wonderful stay at this house for labor day weekend. The decks looking over the lake are amazing and provided endless entertainment for our kids and pups. We would highly recommend.

Weekend get-away
We had a great stay here. It is a beautiful spot on the lake and you can’t beat the deck. There was plenty of space for all 12 of us and the house had everything you could need for a weekend at the lake. The host was easy to get in touch with and check in was painless. Just be aware that the neighbor is not very friendly. We overall had a very good weekend and it was perfect for what we needed.

Perfect lake access.
We had a great time at the property . Jacob was very communicative. Access to kayaks and a paddle boat is a huge plus. A great out door deck. Some parts of the house needs upgrades, but overall great stay.

Perfect lake vacation
We stayed here with 6 adults and 5 teenagers and everyone had a great time! I read every review and I don’t agree with the negative ones. Check in at the welcome center took less than 3 minutes. It was a breeze if you just read the instructions Jacob sends you. All you need is your license and registration. We were in and out. Not once did we have a problem with the neighbors, and we were outside all day and into the night. How could you not the view is amazing. The house absolutely does look like the pictures. It’s clean, stocked with what you need, the kitchen has everything, pots, pans, bowls, measuring cups griddle. Beds were comfortable. Big smart tv, the deck is huge and the view perfection. You can’t get closer to the water without being in it, bbq worked fine and plenty of seating. Jacob had a welcome basket which was very helpful, including a ton of brochures with things to do nearby. The kids went to camelbeach. Some of the adults went to an outdoor shooting range. Side note: the shooting range was great the guy helping us was an ex marine and showed us some drills he did with the guns while he was training lots of fun and they let us go past the hour we paid for since it wasn’t too busy. Jacob responds to emails usually within minutes. He was wonderful to communicate with. For the people that say the neighborhood is run down, it’s the Pennsylvania mountains, you’re not in the French Alps. And THIS house was great, updated and well kept. It was quiet and peaceful, you will not regret staying here.

Wonderfull House, Amazing Host, Stunning Lakefront
Jacob was quick and would respond within minutes to any questions from the day we reserved. We spent most of the time outside on the decks and lake and had no issues with the neighbors or anyone around as we had read in one of the earlier reviews.
The house was as described, sparkling clean. Major attractions were huge decks with plenty of seating options/deck furniture. One of the decks goes into the water. The canoe, paddle/pedal boat, 4 kayaks were used for hours, we also enjoyed fishing right from the deck. Deck is as lovely as in photos. As a family we enjoyed being outside most of the time.
The house is well decorated and updated. Waking up to the stunning lake view from the Master was surreal. The kitchen is well stocked with pans and utensils we needed to cook for family. Mattresses were comfortable, clean towels and sheets were provided. The house is huge enough to host much more people than our family. We had small children, and there was plenty of room in the bedrooms to set up a travel crib.
Pool Table and Foosball table were a fun addition we weren’t expecting. The house is close to all major attractions in Mt Pocono and the drive to Walmart, Shop Rite, Loews was quick and short. House and the owner is extremely pet friendly, so we were able to bring the dog along as an integral part of our family.
Jacob even helped our guests to visit and made sure they had no issues getting into the community, with crisp instructions. The guests were so happy, that they requested to be back the next day.
Dryer did not work, which we were informed about, as soon as we booked, but Jacob again went above and beyond to have his property manager (Krystian) pick up the laundry and have it back. When we left a new dryer was to be installed for future guests.
Thank you for making our family getaway an amazing experience. As a family we cannot wait to be back to this lake house again.

10 ladies had a great time for my sister’s 30th birthday weekend!
Jacob was amazing, answered all my questions and was so responsive. I had 10 girls including myself coming from all over NJ, PA, & VA. At first I was worried about the gated community with them all getting checked in but Jacob had all the info submitted and no one had any issues checking in. The house was just getting finished cleaned as we arrived. Everything was very clean, the dryer didn’t work but that didn’t affect us. I was also concerned about the prior reviews about the neighbors but luckily all we got were a couple smiles & waves when he walked his adorable yellow lab. We were a bit louder outside than I anticipated playing some games but no security got called on us (phew!). Yes the neighborhood was a bit rundown but I don’t see how that can affect THIS house’s rating, you will only be looking out the back windows anyway with their amazing views of the lake. The only thing that threw me off was that there were 3 cots being counted in the room descriptions as twin beds. Technically they are a twin size but not very comfortable. All the other girls in the beds said those mattresses were amazing though (guess I should have shared the bed with my sister haha). We also had a blast with the canoes and kayaks, some of us kayak every weekend and some of us it was our first time, everyone loved it! Thank you Jacob, my sister, her friends, & I have great memories at this house!

Mixed review
Great communication and lake front amenities! However the neighborhood is really run down (even the homes on both sides of this property). The home needs some tlc- some broken spindles on the deck, sheets that fit the beds, etc. The dryer was broke and the “laundry service” that was offered was a total failure. Plans were canceled since towels were return 3 hours after expected and multiple phone calls. Not something you want to deal with on vacation.
The lake is beautiful and peaceful! We enjoyed the lake view. The house was stocked for a nice stay and shopping near by. We had to drive the the visitors center to access the gate- which was not expected. The community pools was small/crowded but served the purpose on a hot summer day. Will explore different a community/town for rentals next time.

Nice but beware of the crazy neighbors
The view and water activities were great. The place had basically everything we needed. Slow WiFi. Dryer broken. Ok, so, about the neighbor. The green dilapidated house to the right. We were greeted upon our arrival by a man who introduced himself as a year long resident. He then told us to block all the entrances on the deck so his dog that weighs 100 lbs and has a 200 lb bite doesn’t kill our 11 lb Pomeranian. Several other comments during the week were alarming via his wife/girlfriend. Reminds us of Deliverance.. Otherwise the neighborhood was depressed economically. Probably one of the best places to rent on the lake though. Owner was available and answered all questions.
