Beautiful view and apartment. So close to the beautiful beach and amenities with all that you need for a relaxing break😀

Great location and view.

Main bedroom bed is only a double sized bed. No air conditioning. You do get a nice sea breeze through the apartment but it is quite stuffy at night. Cleanliness could be better and provide more toilet paper.

Love the location and the ease of access to the beach

The apartment still had rubbish under the furniture. The pull out couch it the living room still had a sheet on the bed ( we did not remove it) and there were children’s clothes under the cushions ( which we put in the bin).

Great location, view was amazing, so clean, great layout, everything we needed was there. Owner was was lovely and super helpful.

Heater didn't work real well the kitchen was a bit dirty and so was the loungers

• had to make beds upon arrival • place dusty • no extra amount of toilet paper for the amount of people for the amount of nights • hair on bedding • 1 single Donna had tried blood on it • no extra pillow for 5th person • has cockroaches on bedding and running around floor • pedestal fans covered in thick dust • drying rack in kitchen was rusted • no shampoo, soap or conditioner with towels

There was a banana peel under the Fiona of one of the single beds. I did let Port Stephens Accommodation know but I have not heard anything from them.

The location could not be beaten. Straight onto the beach from the property through a little bush path. Sunrise on the balcony was superb. Value for money was great.

Location was awesome and view from the lounge room was fantastic. The kitchen had everything you possibly could want to cook any meal. The shower had lovely hot water and a rain head with excellent water pressure.

Dirty windows on balcony with Ocean View, and the glass railing was filthy too.

Nice & close to beach & other facilities

The views were outstanding, the location central to main shops in both directions along the coast. Very roomy comfortable apartment. Comfortable bed and updated bathroom facilities. Lock up garage. The birds would come to visit and were very friendly.

The biggest downfall was the fridge and freezer were dirty and absolutely stunk of prawns/raw fish to the point it made the plastic drink bottles stink. The laundry was very dusty with lint from the dryer and the washing machine needed a clean. The door lock to the apartment was a little dodgy and we felt like we may be locked out a few times. But overall a fantastic place to stay.

It’s a standard, dated seaside holiday apartment (they’re all dated in this area unless you want to pay through the roof). The location is excellent, right on the beach. And the view is stunning 🙌🏻 so nice to wake up to in the morning. Bathroom has recently been renovated, it’s very nice.

There was a dirty nappy left in the main bedroom. It was behind the door so the cleaner must have missed it. For the price you pay it’s annoying you have to dress your bed, I can imagine it would be irritating for a family get away.
