It's basically a room in a terraced Victorian house that has been converted into a house in multiple occupation.
The room smelt, despite the windows having been left open on arrival. It had obviously been smoked in. The towels were small and poor quality, and I wasn't given fresh towels until I requested them.

It was clean and comfortable
No fan and no instructions booklet

Very clean and reasonably well equipped. Had a fan which was essential.
A few maintenance issues - shelves in cupboard not attached, shower holder stuck so had to hand hold the showerhead. No tea towel.

Very comfortable, and relaxed, and it looks like living own home. facilities trains, supermarkets, and buses are very near.
I recommend to everyone stay on this premises, *******7star

Nothing to be honest
There was urine splash on the toilet seat, room stunk with cigarette smoke and someone obviously left their slippers behind the curtains. Not sure if cleaner changed my bed linen or cleaned after the last occupant. I checked in at 7 in the evening surely there was enough time to clean if someone was committed to job.

Property was perfect for what we needed. Easy to check in, great communication from the host. Clean and basic, but thats all we wanted, a place to lay our heads and use as a base. The area was very quiet, which when we first pulled up we werent expecting, but were pleasantly surprised. Good cooking facilities, all we needed.
The toilet wasnt very clean when we got there, which was disappointing as the rest of the room was very clean. Could maybe do with refreshing the towels also. The shower temperatue gauge was also broken, making the shower super hot. The shelf next to the bed was a bit dangerous as it was at head level when you were in bed, it would have been nice to have had a lamp and a full length mirror

Calm and peaceful stay.

Had the studio with garden. It was lovely very well equipped having everything we needed. The garden was a bonus and lovely.

missing and sinking to wash dishes pots this is a very important thing I can’t understand why it’s not there ?
