We had such an amazing time here! The home is stunning, a wonderful location, comfortable beds, clean appliances, etc. The owners have thought of everything from comfortable beds, toys for kids, pool toys, lots of towels, beach chairs, the list goes on! Don’t hesitate, book this house for your vacation, you will not be disappointed!

We stayed at this beautiful home in Lely Resort for 2 weeks and thoroughly loved it. Christina is a wonderful host, her home is so well equipped with all your vacation needs. There are plenty of restaurants nearby and great golf courses all around. The pool is awesome, heated to the perfect temperature and well maintained. We can't wait to return.

Everything you need is available at this house. It’s well maintained and clean. The pool is great, and if you want to catch some bass , try the lake in the backyard. My wife and I will be returning soon I hope. Christina is great to work with.

This home sits in a beautiful quiet community located close to golfing, shopping, and restaurants.
Palms Villa is well maintained inside and out. I loved going for walks in the neighborhood. Swimming pool was great for lounging in the early afternoon. We would stay again.

We have stayed in Falcons Glen on previous occasions and have always liked the peace and tranquillity in this area. This particular property was one of the best we have stayed in and we enjoyed watching the bird life on the pond.

We had a reunion of our family of four at the lovely home of Terry and Christina. The property exceeded our expectations in every way. The pictures shown on the VRBO website represented the home very well but seeing it in person, it was even more lovely than shown in the pictures. The home was sparkling clean and every convenience was provided including a fully equipped kitchen as well as conveniences like assorted pool and beach items like floating devices, beach towels and even sunscreen. The laundry was very helpful and detergent was available for our use. The biggest compliment that I could pay is that we felt like we were home. The furnishings were very comfortable and there were even games and puzzles for us. We could not have picked a better property to stay at for our first visit to Florida in years! We will definitely be staying at this property again soon. Thanks so much to Christina and Terry!

Fabulous home - great location!
We spent a week at this beautiful Falcon Glen home in Lely Resort. The home is immaculate and is one of the best VRBO properties we have rented. It has everything a person visiting Florida could want. A comfortable master suite, very spacious master bathroom with large shower and tub, a beautiful pool, well stocked kitchen, bikes, beach towels, beach chairs, an umbrella, and the list goes on. A 5+ star experience.

Wonderful Week in Sunny Florida
We enjoyed a wonderful week in the Falcons Glen property. It is easy to see why it is so highly rated by prior guests. The home is well appointed, very comfortable, and had everything we needed during our seven day stay in this quiet neighborhood. Its location gave us easy access to Marco Island as well as to the sites in Naples. We would definitely stay here again on any future trips to the Naples area.

Pickleball vacation
We stayed at this property during our stay for the US Open Pickleball tournament. It was absolutely perfect. It is an easy 10 minute drive to East Naples Community Park. The house nice and clean, The beds were very comfortable, the pool was the perfect temperature and the neighborhood was vey quiet. It had everything that we needed to cook at home. Communication with the owners was very easy. We would love to stay at this property again!

Perfect house for us!
Very clean. Kitchen had everything I needed. Had an issue getting the tv to work (technically challenged). Property manager immediately returned my call & told me where to find the football game... which seemed like an emergency to my husband! Ha The pool was wonderful. Definitely 100% satisfied with this lovely home!

Great house, great location
When we selected this space for a much needed week of R&R, little did we know we were picking the perfect spot. The house is perfectly situated with virtually everything you could possibly need or want within a 15 minute ride.. Naples proper, Marco Island, beaches and restaurants galore.
Mother Nature greeted us with 3 tornado warnings the morning after our arrival. Some damage was done to the lanai but a message to the house manager and owner resulted in a fairy quick repair. It was not buggy, so it just did not deter us from sitting out by the pool. The view from the pool deck is lovely.... we happily watched the herons and other water birds in the waterway. The sunsets are gorgeous as well. We and our kindles spent a fair amount of time here by the pool.
The house is tastefully furnished…it feels like a home instead of a rental, really making you feel Immediately comfortable. The kitchen is well equipped with cookware, utensils and dinnerware. Very little is needed to make yourself at home, and Publix is less than 2 miles away.
Our main goal for the week was major R&R. Had we chosen to, bikes and helmets were available as were beach towels, sand chairs, and other beach supplies were ready to go. The washer/dryer was certainly a nice to have!!
This was a very easily managed rental… highly recommend if you are looking for a quiet retreat in a wonderfully relaxing setting, but still have access to as much as you would want to do.

Perfect Stay in Naples!
We had the most amazing holiday vacation to cap off 2021 with sunshine and positivity! This home was perfect for my family of 5. With 3 bedrooms, each of us had our own bed to sleep in comfortably. The private pool was perfect and enjoyable with a pond view. The community is peaceful, quiet, and close to Publix and other necessities. The walking paths, the golf courses, and the community pool were all amazing and enhanced our stay even more. The kitchen was well-equipped with everything you need. It was nice to have a large family table for Christmas dinner. The furniture was very comfortable and the decor was nice. The property manager was welcoming and very responsive. We enjoyed our beautiful stay and will surely return!

Wonderful rental in Naples!
This was a great place to stay! Christina was very good at responding to us, and the house was exactly the way the pictures show it. We loved having a private pool, a quiet safe neighborhood, and a clean home to make our home base during our trip to Naples. We hope to return to this house again as it was all wonderful!

We had a great stay! There was everything we needed to enjoy our vacation. Plenty of items for the beach, thank goodness for the umbrella as that came in real handy. The location was great with access to everything needed. The pool was perfect for our family as we used it multiple times a day! Look forward to staying here again!

We loved that it was a quiet neighborhood with quick access to Naples and Marco Island. Great layout of the house. Everything needed for pool fun was in the garage. Great sunset views and even a blooming orchid on tree just outside the pool area. Great times will be back

Perfect vacation!
I literally cannot say enough good things about this property. It was by far the cleanest house we have ever stayed in. The listing and pictures do not do it justice. Everything was perfect from the check-in process thru the end. Christina was easy to get ahold of but we didn’t need to contact her for anything, we had no issues at all! Our kids enjoyed the pool and swam in it everyday. Everything you need is provided from beach towels, chairs, umbrella, to all kitchen and grilling supplies. There’s even small details in the bedrooms and bathrooms like nightlights in each, and a small table too fan in all of the bedrooms. We would love to return in the near future!

This stand-alone house is the perfect resting place for a visit to the Naples area. Everything is within 15 minutes and the Lely property amenities are icing on the cake. The house has everything you need to make the stay easy and enjoyable.

Home away from home
This is a great property in a nice quiet development. It was stocked very well, all the way from the kitchen to beach needs. A 10-15 minute drive to downtown Naples that offers some of the best restaurants in Southern Florida. It was a great experience.

Wonderful house with warm pool and pond view
We had a wonderful, relaxing week at this house. The house was fresh and clean, the kitchen was well equipped (only thing missing was a juicer for those amazing Florida oranges!), and the lanai with its pool overlooking the pond was just wonderful - lots of birds dropping by and the frogs were quite the symphony at night! We spent many relaxing afternoons by the pool, which gets the afternoon sun, and ate all of our meals under the lanai. The only small downside was a bit of traffic noise from a nearby road. The owners keep the pool at a nice and warm temperature, which we really appreciated. We had a technical glitch, but the owners were very responsive and helpful in resolving the situation.
For groceries, we recommend Fresh Market (upscale grocery store) and South Naples Citrus Grove (for fresh fruits and key lime pie), both nearby. Our favorite beach is on Marco Island.
We would definitely recommend this house!

The best villa we've rented in Florida to date by far !
I cannot recommend this highly enough. This was our first visit to the Naples area and Christina and Terry's villa was absolutely superb and great to come back to after a day out. We've stayed at plenty of other villas in other parts of Florida but this is definitely the best one we've used. The photos do not do it justice, it was spotless throughout and decorated and equipped to a very high standard both inside and out with everything you could possibly need. The pool area gets the sun throughout the afternoon with shady areas available if required. The availability of beach umbrellas, chairs and beach towels really helped too (saved having to pay to rent shades and loungers). The Lely Resort is immaculately maintained and had a very nice, safe, feel and everyone we met was extremely friendly. If you are looking to visit this part of the Gulf Coast I cannot think of a better place to stay.

Welcoming home and neighborhood in Lely!
We had a wonderful stay for 2 1/2 weeks! The home was very nice and had everything we needed! All beds were very comfortable and kitchen had all the "stuff" we needed. It was nice to have a pantry with staples of seasonings etc. Neighbors were friendly and we noticed more folks are walking and riding bikes around Lely! We loved watching the birds outside the pool near the water. LOTS of birds and turtles!
I would stay here again! The only suggestion I have would be to add 2 more patio chairs to the patio table. We ate all our meals outside and frequently had 6 adults.

A lovely home from home- couldn’t fault it!
The house is beautifully appointed and immaculately kept. Everything is high quality and there is all the equipment you could possibly need throughout including a well equipped kitchen. There is a great heated pool as well. We loved the house and felt very at home. It is very well organised with good instructions. Christina the owner has been very welcoming and helpful. It’s on a quiet development 20 mins from both Marco Island and Naples. A great base for a holiday in the area.

Clean Comfortable and Beautiful!
We felt at home within 5 minutes when we realized we had everything we needed for a relaxing vacation. Shopping and restaurants were around the corner. The heated pool was incredible! Really can't say enough about this property and the owner's efforts to accommodate our needs. I highly recommend this property.

Fantastic vacation property!
This home was ideal for our family! Our daughter's family had one wing of the house, while my husband and I enjoyed the master suite. The on site heated pool was the highlight! The kids would have been content to never leave it!
The close proximity to several beaches, plus dining and shopping made it even better.
We especially appreciated all the extras...the pool floats and toys, beach toys and cooler, beach towels, and especially the beach umbrellas. We realized, after leaving them behind on our first outing, that shade umbrellas are a must!
The kitchen has everything you need, including spices, blender, baking pans, frying pans, utensils.
We highly recommend this property. Christina was great with quick response to any questions, and her home is immediately comfortable. Did I mention the on site laundry, including detergent? We were lacking for nothing.

Very comfortable villa and a relaxing stay
Our family had a very enjoyable stay. The villa was nicely furnished and very comfortable. The pool was great for our young daughter and the area was very pleasant and quiet. The owners were very helpful with prompt responses to any questions we had.
