La camera era fredda non c’era lo split dell aria. L’acqua calda della doccia con sifone fisso tardava a scendere come anche quella degli altri sanitari. Cuscini piuttosto duri.

Struttura ben attrezzata con facilità di accesso e parcheggio sia interno che esterno. La vicinanza con il palazzetto dello sport e il facile accesso per chi entra in Sassari provenendo da sud sono punti di forza

The experience was terrible. Me and my colleague had booked a room with 2 doube beds and terrace, when we arrived, they gave us a room with only 1 bed, we complained, and then they gave us a room with 2 single beds and no terrace, which was not what we have paid for. They stated that the room we had booked didn't exist, even though the reservation clearly stated 2 double beds with terrace. When trying to ask for the staff for a solution, or at least an alternative, both the male secretary and specially the manager (I think his name is Fulvio Martin) had a terrible attitude, they refused to help us or to offer any help/solutions. While we tried to politely communicate with them in english, they were speaking to me and my colleague in Italian on a very agressive and rude way, making it impossible for us to understand anything. They said the room we had booked didn't exist and that they were not going to waste more time with us. Not only they gave us a worse room, but they lied, they did have rooms with 2 big beds (the one we had paid for), but since they were 'familiar' rooms, they didn't want to offer it to us. We proposed them to give us 2 individual rooms as an alternative, but they refused too. Their attitude and manners were terrible, it was really a disgusting experience. Had it not been because of the fact that we were there for work, and that our italian colleagues were also installed at the same hotel, we would have 100% cancelled the stay. It's a shame that it had to be like that, but it is what is its, I don't recommend the hotel to anybody. Also, not only they gave us a room significantly worse that the one we had paid for, but also the state of the room was bad. One of the doors of the shower was missing, so every time we took a shower, the whole bathroom floor was soaked in water.

Basic and in need of some refurbishment. Good breakfast spread.

Only half of the shower door left causing a mini flood each time the shower was used. room was cold.

Good position for travelling in northWest Sardinia.
