The staff were fantastic, the size of the room was impressive and the cleanliness was as you would hope. The pub under the building served food and offered a fine but not fancy breakfast for under 5 euros.

I had expected something a little more grand for the price which was the most expensive hotel we stayed in during a trip of 19 days. The location was out of town, next to a petrol station on the edge of a housing estate area. The room initially looked impressive in size, however, every time the person next door showered or flushed the loo a considerable loud noise went off for a period of about a minute afterwards. This combined with a rattly air con meant very disrupted sleep. I had expected something very different considering the cost and the name of the hotel. BUT the staff were amazing. I did not complain as my Spanish is good but not sufficient to explain without a lot of miming! And to be fair, we only had one night there... first world problem really.

Cleanliness of all areas of hotel

Clean and comfortable rooms. Basic design but everything that is necessary. Good cheaper option close to Santander if you have your own car.

Breakfast is in the building but with separate company. Quite limited choice.

Location is excellent for the ferry terminal at Santander. The staff were very helpful and provided excellent recommendations for restaurants. The rooms were large and comfortable. Very good value.

Very welcoming and friendly staff, superb quiet location close to small town coastal homemade food. Bed was comfortable, the best pillows I've slept on in a long time. Clean, clean, clean.. this hotel is a realy clean.. did I mention quiet!

The breakfast and food is fine, it's provided by a third party so it's ok, but not a hotel buffet. Plenty of places within a short drive to enjoy great food in the afternoon and evening, I have no disslikes ..

Reception staff were extremely helpful and the room was comfortable.

it was quite noisy with groups arriving quite late in buses and the room was quite close to reception. We stayed for 3 nights but 1 night is best as a stop over before moving on.

The hotel was first class and the staff very good but there are no descent facilities for food .we where sent next door to a bar / restaurant,there was a very loud group on and no tables to eat at.so we missed our evening meal, we where told to go there for breakfast but when we arrived at 09-00 they weren't doing breakfast.We will not return

The none food system

The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable. The cafeteria/bar/restaurant was good and very popular. Very convenient for both the airport and the ferry.

There is a bar closeby that you can access from the hotel.but Smell of smoke and no attention made us leave and go for breakfast somewhere else.

Newly refurbed and very very clean. Loved the electric recliner in the room.

Cafe was closed but there was a coffee machine in the reception and a tavern 200m away that did great food. The outside of the property didn’t look very welcoming but internally it was pristine.

The property is very well located for the ferry in Santander only 15 mins drive. Right next door to the hotel is a petrol station, Chemist and a sports bar that does excellent food and very reasonable prices. The staff at the hotel are very pleasant and helpful. Would definitely recommend this place.
