El baño del apartamento estaba todo por separado. Wc en un cuarto independiente, pica en otro lado y la ducha en un espacio abierto. Poco cómodo y sin privacidad

The service, the workers are very nice people.

The breakfast was good and the dinner at restaurant of the hotel was amazing (one of the highlights of our trip). Very family friendly and we felt welcome at the restaurant even with our toddler. We also appreciate that the kids menu was not chicken nuggets and fish sticks but proper food (such as a delicious seasonal mushroom omelette). Service was good and friendly. Room as one would expect from a three star hotel, clean and the bed was comfortable. Balcony was a nice plus.

Location and friendly staff. Very dog friendly

No shower gel/shampoo in the room, we had to use hand soep and for a 4 star hotel we were expecting those amenities. Bed wasn't tidly done and had some hairs in it.

The two ladies at reception were wonderful, went out of their way to help us with everything even changing our train booking.

Breakfast was ok but not worth E12 per head, the cooked eggs and bacon were really cold.

the receptionist (man) was not friendly - it felt like I was disturbing him - got in time for dinner - but we could not have because you need prior reservation - fact that is hard to do when you book by booking - spa was closed - can't to understand each other if you don't speak Spanish

Great restaurant

The location at the end of the town was quite nice.

We were travelling with a dog and didn't stay in the hotel but in an apartment next door. It was clean. The staff was helpful but didn't speak any English. The breakfast buffet was terrible.

Room too small.

We had a wonderful stay with our two little boys (4 and 8). The hotel is beautiful and the staff were all super friendly and professional. We all enjoyed the hot tub at the terrace with the view over the mountains after a day in Vall de Nuria. The restaurant (dinner) was also excellent. The location couldn't be any better if you plan to catch the cremellera train up to vall de Nuria, it's literally around the corner. We look forward to coming back!

The only thing that could have been better was the breakfast - it was a little disappointing with very little variety and not many (healthy/vegetarian) options. Some options to the pork cold cuts would have been appreciated, for example some more fruits/vegetables and even some greater selection of the pastries and bread.

The fact that for breakfast you could not have eggs that were cooked properly. They only served the eggs extremely soft and I requested one that was a bit better cooked and this was not possible. A bit disappointing!

This is our second stay at Els Caçadors this year and they don't disappoint. The staff are so genuinely friendly. It's not a fake friendliness either. It's real and it makes all the difference. We went for a deluxe room this time, with more space and a mountain view. It was wonderful. The bed was very comfortable and the views were great. The food in the restaurant is first class, with ample portions. The breakfast is one of the best I've ever had in a hotel. Once again, the service in the restaurant is perfect. Absolutely nothing bad to say.

There's very little to say here. Other than in our room there was a constant humming noise of some kind of motor or something from upstairs. I think we were beneath the jacuzzi on the 4th floor so maybe something to do with that. My wife didn't notice it (she coule sleep through an air raid) and I always travel with ear plugs, so not a problem. One of our taps in the bathroom was broken but they fixed it the first day.

The Breakfast is amazing! and the restaurant is one of the best in Ribes.

The hotel is very comfortable, extremely clean and the rooms are very spacious. The staff is very friendly and professional. The restaurant is delicious and very welcoming for kids.
