The breakfast was great with plenty of choice. The staff particularly Deborah was so helpful and spoke wonderful English.

Breakfast below par and very noisy due to the fact this hotel works a lot with corporate events...

Breakfast was exceptional and the beds were sooo comfortable.

Nothing. It’s in the CBD so not all restaurants are open at the weekend but this is obviously not the fault of the hotel. We just went a bit further afield.

The front desk employees went above and beyond to help us. We had a language barrier, but tried extra hard to understand and accommodate. The cleaning staff as well

Location is super! Close to very nice restaurants and easy to go to downtown. Breakfast is very good as well... good variety of warm dishes, bread and freshly made fruits

I liked everything... mayb the A/C was too strong at the reception area. I had to wear jackets for the breakfast. But in a hot city like Cuiaba, it is not a problem. :)

Outstanding staff. Tremendous value. Very nice breakfast. Lovely outdoor pool. Great location, ten minutes from the centre on one side and five from shopping area on the order.

Absolutely nothing. However, I would put steps into the pool to allow less mobile people to get in and out. Maybe add a third juice at breakfast. Add a price list for the mini-bar.
