We loved staying in this condo! It was beautifully decorated in an ocean/beach/boat theme. Very comfortable and wonderful views of the ocean! We have been coming to OC for 18 years and this was the best oceanfront room we've ever stayed in!!

The condo was clean, simple, and well decorated! The view is amazing and there is easy access to the beach. If you bring children, they will never be bored, as there is also an indoor pool.

Was a lovely Winter getaway location. OC is pretty quiet in the Winter but this made a great place to get a mix of relaxing downtime and fun activities. The kids especially liked the heated pool.

Not pleased with not having the following: No chairs on balcony, no hooks in hallway bathroom, lack of thought of furniture in the rest of unit as follows; no night/bedside tables in master bedroom with table lamp, no dresser in bedrooms,

The property is overall great. The beds were very comfortable with plenty of pillows. Our condo was stocked and plenty of room. A bit more cleaning overall could be done. The dishwasher did not dry the dishes.
The pool had lots of sand and that can be somewhat be expected but maintenance on the building itself, could be improved.

Website for Marigot says full use of hotel facilities next door as last year--not true. Check in was a near-disaster. Office closed. Promised email never arrived. Was fortunately able able to locate Vacasa office elsewhere in town--they were reasonably helpful but told us to park in any space (despite warning signs of towing) and to check with the office the next morning for our parking passes. Office did not open on time. My car was towed as a result--costing me $125. Woman in Marigot office (when she finally opened up) was unsympathetic, unapologetic, and rude. I asked her to please notify Vacasa that they were putting out the wrong info so that this would not happen to anyone else and she seemed to show no interest in doing that. We have reservations for next month to return but will likely cancel depending upon how you handle this. It's a shame because we really like the facilities (have come for years) but such cavalierly shabby treatment was very disappointing.

We had an awesome time at the beach this week! The views from the balcony and the master bedroom are epic… It’s like you’re sitting right on the beach. We got to enjoy the sunrise every morning without even leaving the condo. Thanks again for a great beach vacation!!!

We had a lovely stay at this condo. The location was perfect for our needs. We were in town for our son's lacrosse tournament. The amenities covered everything we needed. The view of the beach was great. The only issue we had was that if the bathroom door was left open while someone was showering, it set off the smoke alarm, so don't do that! Otherwise, lovely place for our weekend stay.

We had no complaints at all about our condo. It was clean and very nicely decorated. We chose this condo because it was beachfront and offered great views and sounds of the ocean. The listing also specifically stated that it was in a "Noise sensitive area" and there were several comments in the listing and at the condo that seemed to support that. We were looking forward to keeping the balcony doors open at night to experience the quiet, the fresh sea air and hear the ocean waves. Unfortunately, there were very loud folks out on the beach well after midnight into the early hours of the morning. Security said they couldn't do anything about it (even though there's also a noise ordinance in Ocean City). We ended up having to close the doors both nights and use an ocean sounds app :(

Except for the shower head in the main bathroom, we loved the place and location! Maintenance crew keep up the great work in keeping it clean. Visitors need to respect the place as if it is their own so everyone after you can have the clean place experience, in my opinion. 😊

Great stay!
We had a lovely stay at this condo. The location was perfect for our needs. We were in town for our son's lacrosse tournament. The amenities covered everything we needed. The view of the beach was great. The only issue we had was that if the bathroom door was left open while someone was showering, it set off the smoke alarm, so don't do that! Otherwise, lovely place for our weekend stay.

The home was only average but has the most amazing view from the master bedroom and patio. Modern kitchen and appliances. Incredibly dusty however - If we would have been staying longer than 2 days I would have demanded a cleaning service since that is a part of the fee.

the view was spectacular! The property needs to be cleaned better...the floor seems like it has never been cleaned before...our feet turned black from it...we had to go clean it ourselves, but after that it was ok

Marigot has a wonderful beachfront view! The beach is not crowded, has soft, fine, white sand, and lifeguards are on duty. Also, at night you can have bonfires on the beach.
The Marigot had plenty of room for a family of six and great to have a washer/dryer with wet towels and bathing suits. Great kitchen area to cook your own meals but plenty of local restaurants in the area that you may not use it.
The rooms were clean but the floors were a little sandy but to be somewhat expected being so close to the beach.
Overall, we would certainly stay at the Marigot again!
