the location, the staff and condo was very pleasant

location was nice; property manager was responsive and accommodating; beautiful views; condo was spacious; pool was very nice

air conditioning did not control temp well; bedroom ceiling fan did not work; shower water was not hot; there was frequently an odor that reminded us of people having hair perms; eating facilities available on property were not good-need to take taxi to Red Hook for nice meals; condo is not decorated well (e.g. no pictures on walls, no coffee table; bar stools uncomfortable); although some staff were very nice, several were rather cold

Beach was full of debris so not swimmable in the area. No restaurants or shops near by everything was a taxi ride away at minimum 15 dollars per person each direction. Hidden fees, host was paranoid and made me send her pictures of myself and be sure it was me. No AC only portable small unit that did not work. Weird placement of cameras

Great location right on the beach. close to Red Hook, with restuarants, shops, and the ferries.

Outdoor furniture was filthy. with mold and mildew. Unit wreaked of cleaning solution. Safe was locked, and we were unable to use. Locks on sliders did not work, could not lock back side of the unit. Snorkel gear was "included", but was not there, so we had to rent. Frequent power outages on the east sideif the island in the area of the resort- this had been going on for sometime, and was not disclosed. No filters for coffee machine. Ice trays empty. Bathroom sinks clogged and did not drain.

Prime location. Everything was amazing and Paul and Bianca were absolutely a blessing.

Fantastic view. Super clean. Convenient to beach and amenities. Nice cafe and restaurant a short walk away. Cabs ready available at nearby taxi stand. My wife and I were celebrating our new retirement- we decided we loved it so much that we called in a second honeymoon 😃
