The view

The reception is at the Alp Hotel, which is 800 mtrs away. We wasted 1.5 hrs looking for the place to check in. No housekeeping. If you don't have your own car, do not plan.

Location. You can’t beat it for convenience. great view too.

Very poorly maintained. Noisy creaking wooden floor. Paper thin walls. Noisy neighbours.

Perfect location, design appartement, big space and very comfy.

Swimming pool closed on Sunday morning?

A stunning location. The appartement was very clean, a real shame that’s the only thing the place has going for it.

Unfortunately if it’s not possible to make a simple snack of pizza and chips, you can’t have a decent nights sleep and have a shower the following day, then what exactly are you paying for at self-catering accommodation? As has been noted by other reviews, the kitchen is very poorly equipped. One open shelf in the oven, no baking tray or equivalent. Only glass tumblers and small coffee cups, no wine glasses or anything to accommodate more than an espresso. The beds are truly torturous, I’d recommend sleeping on the floor, you will certainly get a better nights sleep. A lovely powerful shower enclosed unfortunately by a simple shower curtain. When the shower is turned on, the curtain is blasted out of the way and water floods the shower room floor. Even after quickly realising what was happening, once in the shower there is still enough spray to run down the wales and onto the floor. I can’t comment on any of the amenities, pool, shop etc. All were closed whilst we were there.

Location was only 10 minutes walk - gentle uphill and easy. We rented two apartments. Both apartments were clean and the apartment with the fireplace had plenty of space and good build in cupboards.

Such a shame. It could have been great. Beds and furnishings were v poor quality. It is pretty bad when people choose too sleep on sofa (in one of the aprtments) as more comfortable than the thin matresses on the beds. Someone clearly thought they would let out property on the cheapest possible basis. Cutlery, bowls, utensils etc inadequate and insufficient for the number of people. No firewood provided or purchasable (see below) despite fireplace in one apartment highlighted as a selling point. Not quite enough toilet tissue. One dishwasher tablet only - somehow worse than none as no local shop in resort outside weekends. That matters because we paid a lot for the place and we like to be able to clean plates etc. Keys had to be collected from reception of hotel at far end of town from staff that clearly did not care at all. Staff viewed handover as an annoyance and despite our queuing were more intent on dealing with their own chit chat. No instructions given. Front door would not shut and opened occasionally - but this was of no interest to hotel. Secondary (fire ?) door off bedroom locked with no key provided. Recycling arrangements unclear and unexplained. We tried complaining at the time but was met with sulky indifference. Let's see if they reply to this review - my first overall negative review on Booking.com after very many stays and quite a few reviews. Pool required an extra payment but water was low and so under heated/too cold to swim in comfortably, no changing rooms and unmarked entrance - note though will be nice in summer with big doors onto grass but in winter seems to be just a way of trying to grab more money for something that was so bad no-one else wanted to go in - despite having paid upfront. If any of this sounds petty it is because it would take little expenditure and effort to make this place good and we paid a premium.

Great location. Could not be more practical for skiing in the resort.

Very basic in some aspects. Furniture and kitchen kept to a bear minimum.

The view is amazing. The location is perfect. And the apartment is modern and has lots of space.

There is decoration so the atmosphere is cold. Missing lights !!! Impossible to read in the living room..
