The owners are wonderful. Luca helped me find the parking and carried my heavy bags for me. I really like the flavored water bottles everyone gets. The breakfast is fantastic. The restaurant downstairs is equally delicious.

Great location, lovely modern rooms, great bike storage - Linda and Luca, the hosts, are exceptional at what they do - very thoughtful and helpful. They also have e-bikes you can rent.

The location was good, it was in the middle of Arco. We loved the communication with Linda and Luca, they’re very kind and friendly. They gave us extra information about the town and activities. The breakfast was excellent! We reserved a parking spot with the hotel, it was in a secured underground garage. Easy to park in the garage. We had a lovely stay in Arco!

The hotel is not only beautiful, it has so much heart! The family that runs it, put so much love into every detail of your trip. I would recommend this hotel to anyone! You will love it as well. The breakfast was amazing, so much is hand made. The rooms are beautiful, modern mixed with authentic Italian design. The owner went above and beyond to help us with were to go, how to get to trails we were interested in. He gave us wonderful recommendations. It’s a family owned hotel and I feel lucky to have stayed there. I can’t wait to come back! Please don’t think of staying elsewhere unless they are booked out. Enjoy!

Clean, beautiful, small hotel, excellent personal touch by Luca the owner. He helped with different things and even made packed breakfast for us on last day, because we had to leave early to airport. Very good service. Highly recommended!!

Newly renovated, charming castello in the center of arco, with very friendly hosts and perfect breakfast and rooms. Fully recommended!

Hosts were extremely nice and helpful. Breakfast 🥐 has a great variety + very good. Right in the centre of Arco. It's situated in a very old house which was recently renovated. A good mix of old and modern design.

Spotlessly clean, comfortable, professional and friendly owners.

Room felt a little cramped. Shower had weak water pressure generally; and no hot water at one time. The parking arrangement not very convenient with luggage.
