Wonderful view on the terrace with a jacuzzi. Pleasant owner who gave me a lot of tips for beautiful beaches, beach bars and places to visit, including the local restaurants. I will recommend this flat to my friends and will be back there next time.

When I came across this property on booking.com I booked instantly. It looks and is like the type of property you read about in books/see in films. The views from the terrace, beautiful interior and hot tub were all decisive amenities but more than this the countless excellent reviews of Thanos’s hosting and the property itself more than sealed the deal - I bypassed the usual prolonged “where to book” consultation discussion with my partner to avoid missing out on this rarely available and beautiful property. True to review Thanos was promptly/helpfully in touch; a cheerful greeting, helpful location information for transfer, many recommendations about how to best enjoy Rhodes beaches, attractions and restaurants (as well as options and deals for car rental) left me reassured and impressed. Thanos continued to check in just prior to our arrival, helped with taxi services and met us at the property (despite a late arrival 2200) and helpfully explained how to use the amenities . Chilled Wine upon arrival, hot tub with towels provided, late delivery food options listed and a tv able to log in to Netflix/Prime made it a very pleasant evening after a long/late flight. Thanos continued to be an excellent host throughout- checking in/responding quickly to any query we had, nothing was too much trouble and was very helpful when my partner had to leave early/unexpectedly for work and made a point of coming to say goodbye/check my arrangements for travelling home solo were in place- most appreciated. The apartment location is ideal, particularly if you enjoy peace and tranquility removed from the busy tourist spots and yet close enough for a quick walk to the beach, nearest restaurants, taxis and excursion booking services. My partner and I throughly enjoyed being amongst locals in quieter/excellent coffee shops and the bakery nearby (a daily visit is a must).
