Ottima posizione. Come base per visitare le Dolomiti è in zona strategica.

Immagino fosse il proprietario alla reception, persona con un humor tagliente e puntiglioso, per una persona permalosa come mio marito, risulta non proprio simpatica

Das Hotel hat eine super Lage, trotzdem ist es ruhig und wir haben keinen störenden Lärm gehört. Es gibt zudem ausreichend Parkplätze direkt vor der Tür. Im Hotel gibt’s einen Aufzug, der jeden Gast bequem in die richtige Etage bringt. Der Empfang ist auffallend herzlich, freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die Zimmer sind sauber, warm, komplett ausgestattet, das Bett ist bequem und angenehm groß. Das Frühstück ist perfekt, sogar mit Rührei und vielen frischen Dingen. So kann der Tag gerne starten. Vielen lieben Dank an den super freundlichen Chef und für die tolle Zeit hier im Hotel.

Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück ist reichlich und es gibt für jeden etwas. Unser Zimmer war geräumig und sehr sauber, alles funktioniert.

I had requested a late check-in due to our long journey, and kindly enough, the owner or the person at the reception specially waited for us. This thoughtful gesture made a significant difference in our travel plans, and I truly appreciated their flexibility. Upon arrival, we were pleasantly surprised to find that the hotel had upgraded us to a larger room than the one we had initially booked. The room was spacious and also clean. Another highlight was the view from our room, directly looking onto the pretty Dolomites (see room view picture). It was a sight that added an extra layer of beauty to our stay. Each morning, we enjoyed a nice breakfast that is worth the money. On one occasion, we almost overslept and arrived at the breakfast area just 10 minutes before closing time. Without knowing or asking, the staff graciously allowed us to finish our breakfast. This small act of kindness helped us starting the day well so we could continue our travel plan. We used the hotel for going to Venice and the Dolomites by car. The Wifi was good. If I am in the area again I would definitely return to this hotel!
