Thin walls, little too noisy. Rooms are a little outdated.

The reception staff were amazing! Extremely helpful with the many questions and requests my sister had ;) We stayed in the Penthouse suite with roof terrace - it was huge! I can’t recommend this room enough. You have sun on terrace from morning til noon unlike any other room in the property & the balcony has incredible views, outside rooftop shower, sun bathing beds. The Pool bar offers 2 cocktails for €10 which we loved. The hotel is surrounded by a beautiful green park & is right next to bus stops & supermarkets (I found 3 within 2 - 5min walk) restaurants, a shopping centre with supermarkets, restaurants, ice cream parlour, clothes shops, pharmacy etc. The beach is 2 min walk and has a great coastal promenade to explore with fantastic beaches, bars & restaurants along the way. We used bus 90 & 66 for airport transport.

The towels are very small - I’d recommend bringing your own if you can.

Beautiful view from the room. Location is great and there is free parking near hotel if you are traveling with the car.

Disappointed that the adjoining restaurant was closed, so too the sun terrace lounge area. Had hoped for a working oven too. Shower was erratic. Maintenance work outside room started early . No discernible lounge area as no soft seating , just a space

We were disappointed very much (as we are a second time in the hotel and last year (same season) we were happy with the hotel. Location is good.

Too many smokers in the hotel - it was not possible to open the window or stay on a terrace - heavy smoking day and night. Despite booking in early July for December and asking two rooms being next to each other (as a young child and an elderly lady in our group) - the rooms were on a separate floors and different sides of the hotel. When I asked to move us closer - they promised - but next day another reception lady said "That is no longer possible", and I had to ask and basically beg for help. Cockroaches in the room Wi-Fi worked - but intermittnetly

Location

If you are a heavy smoker, likes cockroaches (or a smell of a disinfectant), don't need any wi-fi and like cold showers - the hotel is for you. Update following the hotel comments: - the initial rooms were far from each other as well (at the end of the building). One of those rooms was heavily smoked - and opening window did not help - so I asked for another room (resulting in different floors). We did not stay in that first "heavy smoking" room, and stayed for 2 days in another (different floors) room - I reported the cockroaches, no wi-fi and lack of hot water to reception. There was NO improvement of wi-fe at all. Smelling the insect disinfectant in the bathroom during our stay - was not fun either.

The hotel is a nice, quiet en good place to stay. Friendly staff, clean and big rooms, all of them with a kitchenette, which is handy, good breakfast with lots of choice. Free parking facilities in front of the hotel. A big shopping centre with lots of restaurants and shops at 300 meters distance.

There should be improvement regarding the dinner. The restaurant looks cosy and dinner is "a la carte", that's ok, but the carte was a little handwritten paper with 3 choices each: for starter, main course and dessert. However, the quality was rather poor and the quantity probably not enough for a big eater. The main courses had mainly no vegetables and never sauces, just the meat or fish and some cooked potatoes or dry rice. That should be much better.

The location. friendly staff. felt very safe. great pool area. good size rooms.

very poor shower ( almost a trickle). in need of an update curtains torn. also if someone is smoking on the balcony it comes directly over the top and makes your room smell. suggested to the hotel about smoking and non smoking sections. didn’t seems possible. we were next to an elderly couple who coughed and smoked endlessly throughout our stay so we had to keep our balcony door shut.

The staff were fabulous- Oscar, Killian and Vanessa were amazing- so helpful and kind and really great with the baby!

We would have liked more gluten free and vegan food options

Amazing and helpful staff, breakfast was very good, pool area was nice. Bed was very comfortable. There was everything we needed in the room (shower worked well, small kitchenette and air conditioning).

Dinner at the Blossom restaurant was a bit tasteless, but we were able to change it to a lunch at the pool bar, where the food was good and service great.

Swimming Pool

Restaurant We were on Half Board. Last year Time was the Restaurant which was very good. Blossom Restaurant this year was very poor and and we had to eat out every night. Hotel offered us lunch instead but had very limited choice .
