Absolutely pleasurable experience from booking to staying. Pissouri Bay is a lovely place to stay and being in a villa that has everything you need is the icing on the cake!

Wonderful stay in Pissouri Bay. The villa had everything to hand and a very homely feel. Pool and gardens were amazing. Great location. Other lovely beaches and pissouri old town etc near by but a car needed to get to them.

Villa was exactly as described in the listing, but the pictures don't do the villa justice. It was very clean, very well fitted out and in a perfect location

Fabulous villa with lovely grounds and a large swimming pool in a great location. This was our 10th trip to Pissouri and this was by far the best villa we have stayed in. The property is very well maintained and I could find no faults.

Would recommend this villa to anyone. Everything you need for your stay is provided and the location is superb, 5 min walk into Pissouri Bay, but in a really quiet location.

Great property. The garden is especially nice as has been mentioned previously. The house is not massive but feels light and spacious with high ceilings upstairs and good layout downstairs. The two bedrooms are a good size. The house is very well equipped and feels like a home with some personality rather than an identikit holiday rental. The location is great - beach, restaurants, small shops etc all walking distance. We had almost no contact with the owners / managers as there were no issues. Overall highly recommended.

We were in the area visiting relatives and was the perfect location for us. To be able to also just take a short walk to the beach and restaurants and bars was very convenient. The property itself was very well equipped and the garden was very pleasant and private

What a lovely villa, so well equipped, with good quality kitchen ware, lovely furnishings and extremely comfortable beds! The pool and garden are amazing, many places to sit in both the shade and the sun… a great relaxing holiday after such a difficult 18 months. We’ll appointed, great position. Only downside was quality of broadband making streaming of TV very hit and miss.

The absolute best feature of this property is the garden and pool, which are not overlooked and where shade can be found, if needed, in different parts throughout the day. We spent a lovely two weeks here at the end of July - a welcome break after months of lockdown in Ireland. The villa itself is also lovely and quite quirky (always new things to discover). The air con is much needed in summer and works very well. Fly screens on the doors are a welcome feature. Having a washing machine meant we didn't go home with a pile of washing for a change! The villa is perfectly situated within walking distance (5 minutes) to bars, restaurants and beach. We would highly recommend a holiday here to anyone considering Cyprus as a destination.

The location and property were perfect for our family of four. A lovely quiet setting for us to properly relax for 2 weeks. The gardens are stunning and the pool the perfect size. It's a short walk to some great restaurants and the beach. Would highly recommend staying here.

A very comfortable and well equipped villa. We particularly enjoyed the peaceful garden with pool, shady as well as sunny areas and outdoor eating opportunities. Unfortunately the pretty cats so numerous in Cyprus left rather unpleasant calling cards which we had to clear away. Some poo bags would have been useful.

Only let down was the pool attendant kept turning up to try and get the pool sorted. He was even in the pool at one point! He prevented us from using it on a few occasions. If he just put the correct chemicals in the pool in the first place there wouldn’t have been a problem. Apart from that everything else was good. Would recommend a stay here.

Lovely villa in peaceful pissouri. A quiet relaxing location close enough to stroll to good bars and restaurants.

The villa is sited close enough to walk to plenty of good restaurants and small shops but far enough away to remain tranquil even at busy times. The house is well furnished and above levels of comfort (especially the main bed) that one may expect.

After a full day of touring the island it was not unusual to say: - right, let's go home. Home because that is what it felt like, a real home from home. The villa is well appointed, comfortably furnished and well maintained with pleasant grounds in the unhurried environment of Pissouri Bay. It is difficult to write anything negative as we quite honestly cannot think of anything which fits that definition. Others have written of an oasis of calm and that is a very apt way to describe the villa and the area. The kitchen was fully equipped and everything worked. It was a delight to return there, sit by the pool with a glass of Keo and watch the sun go down, then take the easy stroll into Pissouri for an evening meal in the friendly local tavernas for which the villa is perfectly located. All in all a lovely holiday retreat which we would fully recommend. We will certainly have it at the top of our list when returning to Cyprus. Cannot finish without a mention for Phil, the agent. He was most helpful and only a phone call away. Very prompt and efficient support. Congratulations to Paul, the owner, in providing such a satisfying holiday villa. We took the house at short notice after being let down on another booking. With the benefit of hindsight we were done a favour because it was a much better property and location. Well done Paul.

This is a real home from home villa. Excellently equipped throughout. Immaculately kept gardens where you can hear the sea! We have just returned from a 10 night stay at No8 and can honestly say, after 5 great previous villa rentals in Cyprus : this one finally ticked ALL the boxes! Resort is quiet and small but with an excellent range of restaurants (Saffron and Il Buchetto our favourites!) and shops within 5 mins walk. Supermarket and petrol station 10 mins drive; we went out for a few days so our usual car hire is not essential - but it's our norm - as Paphos Airport is only 30 mins drive. Beach is also a 5 mins stroll with all manner of water sports for the more adventurous; changing rooms; loungers and parasols for hire; and the much welcomed ice cream van! We were more than happy to chill out round the pool - plenty of super comfy loungers - and put a cheeky BBQ together: we really did have it all in our laps! Possibly our last "family" holiday but definitely one to remember and hope to return! Thanks for a wonderful stay at beautiful Pissouri Bay!

My family enjoyed an absolutely fantastic stay in this villa. The pool in particular was wonderful and used at least a few times a day by adults and children. The villa itself was well appointed and well-stocked although we did have some issues with using the telly due to slow Internet connection speeds. I even managed to make my sister’s wedding cake in the kitchen! We loved the location and wandered to the beach often and ate in lots of nice local restaurants a short stroll away from the villa. No issues while there at any time so I didn’t need to contact the management service but they did a great halfway clean. Would thoroughly recommend to anybody thinking of holidaying in Pissouri.

We had a fabulous week in the villa. The garden is such a pleasure to sit out in and the villa was well equipped, clean and very comfortable. The management company are extremely friendly and helpful - they even drive round to pick my husband up so he could use their scanner / printer when some unexpected business needed to be dealt with. Overall the perfect holiday!

A quiet gem of a property, beautifully presented. This is not just a villa this is someone’s second home decorated and furnished to an exceptional level with items sourced from around the world. The garden is a delight filled with tumbling exotic plants, morning and evening the air is filled with the heady scent of Jasmin and Honeysuckles. We would not hesitate to return.

Well, what can I say that hasn't been said before ? I won't bore you with the obvious fact that that this Villa is in a prime location and is a real home from home. We had a marvelous time, after managing last minute flights with BA after Monarch crashed ! The correspondence from Paul (The owner ) was first rate ! Rob the pool guy (Black coffee, no sugar) was only too pleased to tell us all about the area. We met Anne just as we were leaving (Thanks for the extra hour Anne ! ), a very pleasant lady. We've stayed in quite a few villa's in Cyprus, this one is the only one we've actually agreed we'd like to return to ! Many thanks to you and all your staff Paul....wish we were still there ! A lovely modern property situated in an ideal spot literally two minutes from the shops & restaurants and 7 minutes ( I timed it ) from the beach , would definitely return to this villa again ,

Really enjoyed our time here which we agreed was the best villa we had stayed at to date. It was spacious, very comfortable and equipped with everything that we needed for our stay. The garden and pool area were particularly lovely with excellent furniture and the ability to find shade at all times of day (under the eucalyptus (we think?) tree being a real favourite). There were a couple of minor issues while we were there and these were dealt with in a really friendly and efficient manner by Anne. The pool guy Rob is also a really nice fellow. The owner, Paul, was always quick to respond to and resolve any queries. Pissouri bay is an excellent place to stay with a variety of nice places to eat and drink within a 5 minutes walk. Would highly recommend the villa and Pissouri bay and would (and may) return.
