This place is seriously under rated,this should be given 10 stars and the reason being is that you get a lot for your money ,the location ,the facilities absolutely perfect for the price .I would definitely recommend with out the slightest hesitation.

Beaches are beautiful

Location was excellent and they had a free minibus to take you into town, which was also next to the beach and local cuisines.

Excellent facility for families with small kids. Safe, green area for kids to play pool beside us.

… possibly lacked a little bit of livelyness… walked to a local coffee. Shop was closed at midday and the two restaurants were closed…! Also we checked in and then realised we had to walk about 300m down the road to our complex, was fine just didn’t expect it…

Quiet location just a short walk to the beach. Very comfortable and spacious place with everything needed for a long stay. Easy parking on site and beautiful views of the ocean and pools.

Beds on the small side and sound proof was lacking, but at night it was always quiet so sleeping was never a problem for our stay.

expected better cleaning

We set out to see the entire Algarve area, so we positioned ourselves in the middle of it, an hour away to the left or right. The apartment was spacious and we felt comfortable, two adults and a child. We had air conditioning, an electric heater, and the cleaning was done once every two days and we were satisfied. The location has a refrigerator, electric stove and related things. The only thing missing was a washing machine for clothes, but it could be washed for a fee at a nearby supermarket. Thank you for hosting and we recommend this accommodation.

It would have been nice to find the house slightly heated. The first night was very cold. We recommend the staff to turn on the heating at least 2 hours before check-in.

First floor villa was very spacious in a fabulous position overlooking the pool with sea view in the distance. Only a minority benefit of the villas from this, so big thanks to whoever allocated this one to me! There were few other guests at this time of year, and I enjoyed a very quiet and peaceful stay. I imagine it would be a very different experience in high season especially as the sound proofing between villas was not great. The villas are surrounded by beautifully maintained gardens, with a spacious, clean pool and plenty of loungers - unfortunately too cold to use the pool or loungers at this time! It was a pleasant 15 minute walk to some fabulous beaches. The whole area was almost completely deserted at this time of year!

No coffee shop, restaurant or provisions shop open on site though I fully understand this would not be economical in January. It was very cold in the evenings and at night and although heating was provided, it would have been cosier with a rug in the living area and warm duvets rather than sheet/blanket on the beds. Also, although the kitchen was well equipped with cooking utensils, microwave, hob etc., some basic provisions such as tea/coffee, salt/pepper, oil would be helpful as these are not economical to buy for a short stay.

Cheap and cheerful. You get what you pay for and we couldn't complain about the price. Large living room, adequate bathroom, fairly comfortable beds but very basic and uncomfortable convertible sofa. We could not have self-catered without the use of a borrowed hot air fryer.

Excepcional place, paradise. Perfect to relax. Pool was big and the apartment clean and with a wonderful view to the sea. We had wifi around the village which was perfect.

We loved everything. We recommend to everyone who look for a place to relax.

Really enjoyed our stay here! The apartment was basic, but spacious, comfortable and clean. There’s an hourly minibus shuttle that runs into Armacao de Pera and back, which is really useful. Nice little cafe on site which offers a very good, well priced breakfast. 5-10 min walk to two excellent beaches. Would definitely come back!

You can hear a fair amount of noise from the apartment above/ either side, but I’ve found this is fairly common in holiday accommodation.

Lovely pool with saltwater, really friendly staff, large apartment with nice terrace and air conditioning.

The apartment needed a bit of updating, for example, the fridge was faulty, didn't keep things cold enough and the freezer compartment didn't work. The toaster was also faulty. The shower head sprayed in all directions and probably needed delimescaling.

Location was good with some of our favourite restaurants nearby. Busy with other things so did not see available facilities. Not informed whether the bar and or restaurant were open or not

The pillows on the beds were very small and made sleeping uncomfortable we ended up supplying our own pillows We were put in the block attached to the reception which was quite noisy at night not sure if this was other residents or staff operating

The weather

Well equipped property. Everything was clean when we arrived and there was a cleaning service 3 times a week. Pleanty of parking spaces available. Great location, few minutes walk to the beach. Supermarket short drive away and there is a restaurant on site.

Sofabed was not too comfy.
