The pool are was nice and clean, staff was very attentive and helpfull.

Rooms facing the street are not quiet at all and the room was somewhat small with a specific smell at the arrival (probably high humidity). Breakfast lacks any vegetables at all.

El Hotel está muy bien. Incluso superó nuestras expectativas. Limpieza y confort habitaciones muy bien y cama muy cómoda. El desayuno muy bien. Ningún punto negativo. Pedimos un cambio de habitación pues la cisterna del WC no tiraba. Enseguida nos cambiaron y sin problema. Excelente trato.

Everything about this hotel was great. The staff were amazing and so helpful, the facilities were great and very clean. Loved the comfortable bed! Also the pool was open at night (until 10pm) and it made for a great end to each day. Breakfast was amazing! Would definitely stay again.

Lovely hotel for a short stay. We only stayed for one night, however when we arrived, the reception desk were very helpful with various information, and the concierge helped us with our baggage, without even needing to ask. Pool and room were spotless. Highly recommend and would stay here again.

Bugs and mosquitoes in the hotel and in our room. The excursion guys were unhelpful. The Spa was closed and when it does open only from 3pm! But we discovered this does not include Sundays.

The food , attentive and very helpful staff, cleanliness , pool environment , quiet aircon, everything was great. My only slight issue was when changing from one to another I couldn’t charge any of my phones /iPad in the sockets of new room and had to sit in reception where a usb port was for over an hour in the heat (air on not brilliant in parts of reception ) . Only a small thing and didn’t taint my experience. Would definitely stay there again. Perfect place for a wind down after travelling around Brazil and Argentina

The food was great, and very tasty. The service all over the Hotel was excellent. Pool area, gym, and the attention from the staff was quite exceptional. Any inconvenience with our rooms was handled immediately and with care by the staff at the front desk. BREAKFAST very assorted, relaxed and quite fantastic. Definitely a great stay

The kids area is not really functional. Arcade machines were not working. The food was a bit pricey for lunch and dinner. The rooms great and comfy but looked a bit simpler than what was shown in the picture.

Location is great and easy to access. Room was well furnished.

I did not have the impression the room was very clean, let's say it was average. I refrained from entering the swimming pool as the water was quite colorful. Breakfast area was busy which is not a problem. However, tables were not clean, and staff seemed to be lost. We asked if a table could be cleaned up, and it was done after we decided to sit there anyway, a glass was broken by the service staff while cleaning the table (which can happen) but then she called another person to clean the floors first and left the table half finished. There is a lot of room to make things better if they want to be labeled 4*.
