Had a great stay. The room was big and comfortable. The bathroom was clean and well appointed. The location is ideal - right on the water and within walking distance of shopping and dining. The complimentary breakfast was terrific.

No parking. We used the hotel's valet service, which was pricey. There is a pay lot across the street, but it is not cheap either. We also had a problem with our air conditioning that took a long time to fix.

The hotel is immaculate inside and out with marble floors in the public areas. Staff are friendly and breakfast good - one of the few hotels in Italy that does those custard-filled croissants you get in Italian bars but seemingly nowhere else. Proper hot drinks service at breakfast - from a real person not one of those dreadful self-service machines.

There are steps up to the main entrance - press a button and someone will come and help you with your bags. There is level access round the back somewhere so anyone with mobility issues should tell the hotel before arriving.

Breakfast was so good, we stayed for two nights and both days were amazing. Great selection of croissants & other pastries, donuts, yoghurts & warm breakfast (eggs, bacon etc).

AC a bit noisy. Would have liked free use of the sauna. It was 100 Eur if you wanted to use it. Also there is no free parking.

The Hotel is perfect. Location is next to the beach, shops, restaurants. It is clean, service is perfect. We upgraded the room and forgot expensive watches, understood it in 5 hours after leaving, but watches were returned immediately after we came back from the beach. Many thanks to the stuff.

Room was spacious and although it seems old, still has all its splenderness! Breakfast was complete with fresh fruit, delicious pastry and coffee served at the table. With a view on the Riviera, what else can a person want.

Our room was very big and the bathroom was huge and very stylish. We were in room 202 with a side sea view. The room was equipped with a very large TV with Sky. Yes, we were in Italy but there is a facility on the Sky control to change languages if needs be. We were able to control the temperature very easily in both rooms with ease. Breakfast was served in our room. That was by choice. There was so much to choose from, always beautifully presented and just 10€ to have it served in our room. The staff were so helpful and attentive. We needed to park our car for the duration of the stay. It is possible to park just outside the hotel in a 'blue' zone and get parking tickets direct from reception at 5€ for each half day 8am-2pm and 2pm-8pm. The night time is free. We used the spa facility; enjoyed a massage which was so relaxing. There were no tea/coffee making facilities in the room but it was never a problem having a tea or coffee made fresh for you. Finally, the location of the hotel was perfect for the shopping...it seemed that men's clothes shops outnumbered ladies clothes shops by at least 3 to 1!! The Italian men love their clothes! A couple of restaurants that we ate at that we would definitely recommend, Quattro Stagione, Mare Blu and Quintessenza. All 3 are located within a few minutes walk of the hotel.

There is nothing that could have been done any better or differently. One word....Superb!
