Le Twin Villas del Coral Ridge County Club hanno appena completato un'importante ristrutturazione con tutti i nuovi esterni, cortile privato, spazi abitativi esterni coperti, nuova piscina condivisa, architettura del paesaggio, illuminazione esterna, nuove finestre e porte PGT, nuova cucina e arredamento.
Le ville (Islamorada e Key Largo come vengono chiamate) si trovano in un bellissimo e tranquillo Coral Ridge Country Club, un quartiere residenziale di lusso a est di US 1 minuto dalla spiaggia e si trova a pochi passi da negozi, cinema, ristoranti e negozi di alimentari.
L'Islamorada Villa dista solo 1/2 miglio dalla via navigabile intercoastal e 1 miglio dalla famosa spiaggia di Fort Lauderdale.
I bagni padronale e degli ospiti sono stati rinnovati con una nuova passeggiata in travertino in docce con porte in vetro e nuovi bagni in granito. La cucina è stata anche aggiornata con tutti i nuovi elettrodomestici in acciaio inossidabile, controsoffitti al quarzo, armadi e backsplash di piastrelle di vetro e sotto illuminazione del bancone.
Il patio esterno comprende un paesaggio tropicale e illuminazione notturna d'accento per intrattenere la sera. Le ville gemelle (Islamorada e Key Largo) condividono una piscina riscaldata splendidamente paesaggistica.

This place was by far one of the nicest places we have ever stayed in Fort Lauderdale. Everything was just easy! Very spacious and the pool was super! We hope to repeat our stay here for sure!

We travelled from Montreal, Canada. We were 4, my husband, myself and two daughters (15 & 19). It was so clean and owner was very responsive. The location was absolutely FANTASTIC! great mall right in your backyard, so close to the beach and so many restaurants! The pool area was fantastic. Would definitely stay there again.

This villa is absolutely amazing! Very spacious and comfortable. The entire property was very clean and inviting. The neighborhood was quiet and safe. The location is perfect to quickly get to the beach, and local dining and shopping. The pool was perfect!! My family loved our stay here, and hope to return soon.

We loved our stay in Asta's property. She is a superb host and well deserving of her rating. Asta is extremely responsive and helpful. The property could not be better situated than this one in Fort Lauderdale. It is in an excellent neighborhood and quiet but still a couple minutes walk from a large mall with a Target, Publix and other stores. It is also just a few minutes walk to numerous excellent restaurants and cafes. The house has a fully equipped kitchen, very quick WiFi and other amenities. It is lovely to have the pool which is a regular sized pool. Thank you Asta.

The pool was lovely and it was 5 minute drive from the beach. The house was very clean. It was nice having a pack-in-play (with a mattress) and a high chair on the property, although it was a bit big for my 1-year-old (who is small). The beach umbrella broke on the beach due to the wind, and the property manager had a new one sent to us the next day. She was very helpful and communicative.

The property is absolutely beautiful and in the perfect location. We were close to restaurants, shops, and all the places and things important to us. The pool is a tropical oasis, and we took full advantage of it. The house is equipped with everything - we made great use of the floats, the beach chairs, and all the outdoor seating areas. We will certainly be back.

The property is in perfect exquisite form. All you need is available including cooler, umbrella and beach chairs. ASTA was a tremendous host and so accommodating. I would recommend anyone who wants to stay close to all in fort Lauderdale to stay here.

Very happy with our stay at key largo villa. The pool was great, the tv’s and selection of channels were great, and it had everything else you could need including bbq pit, laundry, beach equipment, etc. The owner was responsive via text and everything went very smoothly.

Arrived and villa was spotless. Spent free time in pool area. Location was in a quiet neighborhood yet very close to shopping, a short drive to beaches and fabulous restaurants. Had a minor issue but property manager and handy man responded quickly. Overall hope to return there soon.

We loved walking up and down the gorgeous streets of Coral Ridge Country Club Estates. The property was very spacious, and the pool area is incredible. We appreciated all of the stuff provided for our three year old (highchair, pack n play, stroller). However, I will say that the pack and play was very dirty and stained. We didn't love the idea of our child sleeping in it. Otherwise, things seemed clean. The kitchen was stocked with everything that you might need. We would definitely love to return and stay in this same house. Thank you, Asta!

Asta’s house is in a very nice neighborhood and is conveniently located for getting around Fort Lauderdale. We stayed with our dogs and there were a couple of dog parks only a short drive away. Getting downtown or to the beaches was also quick and easy. There was a shopping center next to the area with everything you may need - Publix, Target, etc.

This is just the perfect place for a perfect sunshine vacation. The property is beautiful and great in every sense. Kitchen, dinette, living room, all very spacious and comfortable. Outdoor front and back offer lovely outdoor relaxation, in sun or shade! The pool and pool area is just awesome. The property is in a very nice and "homey" neighborhood, yet close to shopping and dining. The host is VERY responsible and communicative on every step of the way to make it just great. We are already considering a repeat visit :)

Outstanding property
From the moment of booking to the end Asta wanted to be sure that we have good time or how she can help if we are in need of anything.The villa is great for either family or couple no matter if you looking for relax vacation or enjoy restaurants and beach.It’s conveniently located close to Target and other stores and offers everything you need for cooking or outdoor grilling.Of course the best thing was the pool,my kids had great time throughout the whole stay.Once we booked the property Asta didn’t loose time and sent me list of restaurants that worth visit so thank you again for that as well.The villa is nice and clean with great AC and two full bathrooms for everyone that worried for COVID as well.I would highly recommend the property to everyone who’s looking for great vacation and the villa and the property management will give it to you.Definitely will return back!

I couldn’t have chosen a better property to have vacation. It was pristine, quiet and located in an area within reach of anything needed. The property manager was so attentive and quick to respond to all queries. I don’t usually like to visit the same place twice, but I this property may have changed my mind.
