We had a warm welcome from Liz and a very welcome cup of tea in the living room. Our bedroom was large , clean and quiet as situated at the back. It was useful to have a luggage rack and a little table and tea making facilities. The added extra of cotton wool balls in the bathroom was helpful. Bathroom spotless.

The shower cubicle was a little small given the lovely large bathroom. Unfortunately there were no restaurants or pubs nearby in walking distance but the little supermarket was useful for a picnic for two weary travellers. It’s a shame breakfast is no longer offered as it would have been welcome.

The accommodation was really nice. Well maintained and very clean bedroom.

The owner was lovely, checking in and out was smooth and super easy. Room was clean and functional. There was plenty of tea and coffee. There's no breakfast but we were made aware of this as soon as we booked and there are plenty of options in town. Bed was comfortable, shower was good, everything clean and really nice and quiet at night (in terms of neighbours, it was fully booked when we were there and I did not hear or see anyone).

The road is noisy, but then you are on the main road into town and the beach.

Very comfortable room lovely big bathroom. Easy to find with off street parking. Price. Very welcoming host.

It had parking, very clean and comfortable, host was very friendly and helpful, walking distance into town.

Shower was a bit strange, power shower but still ok. Nothing else really.

Tom the owner is an absolute gentleman very helpful & welcoming as are the staff great size room with good facilities. Good choice of breakfast😁

Location perfect, minutes from Tramore centre and beach. We thoroughly enjoyed the delicious breakfasts.
