Atrasou 48 minutos meu checkin, o quarto estava sujo, roupa de cama manchada , travesseiros sem condições de uso (precisei solicitar a troca), chuveiro com conta gotas de água . Café da manhã até com opções mas sucos artificiais e cheios de açúcar , enfim uma pessima experiência.

O quarto é muito claro, blakout ruim, o café da manhã sem reposição de cafe, não foi possível fazer late checkout alegando que hotel estava cheio, porem estava vazio. Um pouco de má vontade por parte dos colaboradores.

I really enjoy going to Rio de Janeiro and Barra da Tijuca is one of my favorite places around Rio. Ibiza's staff are really kind and helpful. They enjoy giving tips if you ask for the best places to go or to eat.

Our bathroom smell was not good. It looks like that the sewer plumbing was obstructed so the smell comes up just after using it. Besides that, our stay was good!

Based on the price, I arrived with relatively low expectations. I was pleasantly surprised by the spacious, tasteful lobby and helpful staff. The room was clean, functional, and well organized, but a bit sparse. In the morning we found a truly delicious and surprisingly well-prepared breakfast. Since our business was in the Lagoon, we were picked up at the dock in back of the hotel by a water taxi.

The Queen size bed was actually a pair of double mattresses covered by a single set of bedding in one frame,, leaving a low spot in the middle. Whenever my Wife and I got close, one of us fell into the groove. Still, the room was clean and comfortable, so it was a small matter to work around.
