Sonja is very nice

The location is nice, very near to town center. The host is warm and polite. The price is very affordable.
The wifi is bad, there is better signal from the house near by. The interior (from AC to TV to sheets and closets) is low budget. There is no window.

Sonja, the host, is very friendly. The room was nicely clean, parking on premises, and it's a short walk to Krk town center
We had room #2. The room is quite small and cramped, there's no space to put your luggage except right next to the bed.
There was perfume sticks in the room, but they were so overpowering we had to put them in a cupboard.
As the room is quite small, it got stuffy very quickly. There is an Aircon available, but we opted for fresh air, so had to open the bathroom window and room door to let it air through.
Also there are unconnected radiator connection points sticking out of the wall at the end of the bed. We didn't bump into them, but I'd imagine someone might sometime. It would be worth covering these over.

The host and her husband were great; really friendly and helpful.
We had a pleasant stay. There was a private car park which was really convenient when arriving by car. The accommodation is located in a quiet neighbourhood. To the city centre it was less than 10 min to walk.
The only thing we did not like was the air freshener. Was not really necessary.

Owners are very kind and helpfull. The appartment and garden are clean and well organized. House is in good position for the beach and city centrum reachable with nice walks.
Washmachine (may be common one) is not there, and it would be ideal , especially if booking for 7 days and more...

Host is very nice and lovely. Location is OK, a little bit uphill. Basement apartment is nice for solo visit or with one or two friends, but would not recommend for families.
There was a little bit of moisture in apartment which smell could be also felt on the clothes, but reason for that could be the fact that we kept all our windows closed during the day.

Very nice apartment, good value for money.
We returned to this apartment after a few years, and we still liked it. it's close to the sea and the city center but at the same time very quiet and peaceful. The hosts were welcoming and helpful.
Maybe a bigger bed? :) and the AC in the kitchen was a bit noisy but did not bother us too much.

The apartment is beautiful, it was very clean and comfortable. It is close to a wonderful beach with lots of trees and shade, about 7 minutes on foot. The old town is also close, 10-15 minutes walking distance.
We loved it and we would come again.
The only thing that bothered me was the water pressure in the shower, it was very weak. Also the windows don't have blinds so the sun is shining through early in the morning.

- the accomodation in reality was quite different from what we had seen on the photos on booking
- bad wi-fi&tv signal
- the room had places with mold
- It smelled like mold and closed damp air
- in the room there were lot of mosquitos
- we booked an accomodation for 4 persons but the owner prepared only one bad. For the other bed she told me to do it myself
- the suige malfunctionned
- the queen deluxe suite was actualy at the basement with small windows

The location was great, we spent excellent time there. The host was helpful and flexible and cooperative.
Rooms are clean and well-equipped, we used the outdoor grill as well.

Really clean room; nice outdoor area with a dedicated coffee table for each room. Beach and the historical city center is less than 10 minutes on foot. Air conditioning was working fine, bathroom was also nice and clean.
Please note that the room only fits a double bed, a TV and a small fridge, don't expect space to be able to sit down inside or do any kind of cooking. It wasn't a big deal as we could eat outside and utensils were also provided (we could even wash the dishes outside).
