Great little pub in a great location, room was clean and comfortable. Nice suprise was the breakfast hamper left outside my door.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Comfortable room with fridge, good facilities, and strong fan (vital during a very hot June). Excellent breakfast. On a lovely little street with Tudor houses, cafes, and restaurants (but quiet at night). Would definitely stay again.

Seemed slightly understaffed at times but didn't cause me any real problems.

Fabulous location, a busy, and famous, wee pub but as hotel guests we were not disturbed by noise. Great continental breakfast delivered mysteriously to our door- such a lovely touch.

Really impressed with this hotel.We didn't have time to use the pub as out at a wedding all day but the front bar looked really cosy.Staff were super friendly and welcoming.Tilley room was a really good size and we loved the bed set into the recess.The bathroom was really clean and modern with a gorgeous bath and powerful shower.We chose to have the breakfast delivered to the room which was included in the price.A well stocked hamper of yoghurt,granola,milk,juice,pastries and fruit.Great location a 2 min walk to the long stay NCP for parking and shopping.For the price of the room this is a really god choice.

The breakfast was left in a basket outside the room The basket needed a good clean We left the breakfast as my wife’s bowl for her ceareal was not clean the knifes were unclean We left it on the bed and left It says on the web site park opposite in the ncp park and we will give you a reduction That’s not true

Great location, style and freestanding bath in the room. Staff were lovely and the pub is great. Highly recommend.

Decor was a bit tired and there was an old blood stain on one of the bath towels. Mattress could be thicker.

Great place to stay for a night away. The room was cosy and comfy and stocked with everything we needed. The breakfast basket was amazing and so much better than we expected - great value for money! The bed was comfy and the shower was brilliant. Thanks for a great stay, we would definitely return!
