Excellent and helpful staff. Amazing breakfast. Lots of options for breakfast. Hotel close to the bus station (ligne C from St Brieuc). Cleanliness in the room and in the SPA. 3km walk to the beach. Possibility to go for a walk in the countryside.

Hotel guests have to pay for the SPA facilities (35 EUR/hour)(private SPA for up to 4 people). You have to book the SPA for one hour, it is impossible to go when you want. Hotel located near a highway in an industrial zone but countryside is very close to go for a walk. 3km walk to the beach.

The staff was very helpful, we had a few questions on shop openings on Christmas day and they even called the local grocery store to ensure it was open. The location is excellent Our room was very spacious and quiet

The Hotel is outside the city, with good parking possibilities. Modern building, nice interieurs, confortable room

modern, simple and clean, comfortable to stay a night. Perfect sound and light isolation, specious shower and very, very clean. electricity lockets just next to beds. This hotel does not give you a relaxing holiday feeling, as it is on a motorway and business zone, but this is prefect to stop for one night during your road trip

The only thing positive about the whole place was the staff! They went above and beyond trying to help us and to come up with solutions. The lady at the restaurant bar was extremely friendly and helpful, without her we didn't know what to order given there were no English menus and no one else in their restaurant spoke English.

We were offered a room change after a sleepless night, but that didn't help, every room we had to change to had an electric Short behind the headboard and behind the TV. It kept making noise all night we didn't sleep for 2 nights even though the beds were comfortable. This was on the second floor. (Rooms 214 and 212) I don't know who gave this hotel 4 stars!? It's definitely not a 4 star hotel. It's a formula one upgrade with friendly staff. They didn't even have a tea coffee maker in the room.

Modern design and simplicity . Good volumes for the rooms and lobbies with colours and light and amusing design details throughout the hotel. All of the staff on duty were extremely pleasant and helpful .

Close to a busy road but the hotel is 100% soundproof and rooms on parking side are very calm.

In spite of my 3 days booking online, when there was a water leakage problem in the allocated room staff made us wait in the receptionist area for hours inpsite of requesting them I have some official work to complete it was very rude behaviour from staff. Except one lady nobody speaks English, the lady knows English is very rude with customers, it was a very bad experience with a very poor internet connection with 150kbps speed. (sauna and steam room access charges extra money which is unusual for four or three-star hotel)
