Great location directly by the see and beach and in the town center. The supermarket, cafe and great restaurant in 100 meters. Grateful, hospitable and permanently available host providing great reccomendation for visits.

best place to stay if you visit Ksamil. Cleaning was exceptional, most clean hotel I ever been. we had everything we needed. kind and friendly owners.

Very clean and close to shops and seaside. A backery next to the hotel provides nice and cheap breakfast. The hosts are very kind and helpful.

Everything! Staff were outstanding and so happy to help, location is great and room is perfect. We were unsure whether to stay here or in a hotel with a pool but we are SO happy we chose here. Beach is just across the road and everything you could want is within a short walking distance. Just great. The staff (Mother and Son) went above and beyond and their local knowledge really enhanced our stay.

The apartment is well located - only 2 minutes from 2 different beaches, many more beaches within short walking distance, a supermarket, restaurants and coffee shop just across the street-, it is very well equipped, features a wonderful view from the balcony and is sparkling clean. The host is super friendly, considerate and helpful. The rooms are cleaned very thoroughly every day and towels and linen are changed very frequently too. We enjoyed our time at Vila cerca de Mar so much, that we extended our stay. I can warmly recommend anyone to stay there! Thanks a lot for everything

Everything was truly great, so just a minor remark: The 8 in 1 cooker is not very practical but you can cook some simple meals and the street in front of the house can be noisy during the day, but is very quiet at night.

The apartment was perfectly situated with a view over the sea. Restaurants and a supermarkets nearby. Artur and his family were super hosts and the apartment was cleaner than any hotel. We loved the places he recommended , not only the beaches- also the restaurants with amazing food!

Moskitos everywhere :D The wifi is a bit unstable. A toaster and a small cooking plate were kind of missing for breakfast.

It was a great relaxing experience. We had more fun than the last time we visited. The staff was extremely friendly and welcoming. Most important for us was the spacious and super clean rooms.

It's little noisy from the street.

I have tried several places to stay in Ksamil, but this one was the best choice I made! Everything was perfect: the location, staff, cleanliness and atmosphere around. I strongly recommend!
