Location was good for walking into town. Good parking on private property. Furnishings were of a high standard. Everything you need for cooking in along with lots of breakfast food Flat was compact but comfortable.

No information in the flat for equipment. Could not control heating from the apartment.

Continental breakfast was sufficient.

Breakfast was adequate, but could have done with more milk, choice of foods was good.. furnishings were lovely and plenty dishes etc. bread for toast but no butter or marmalade, overall first class accommodation.

As we were there mid summer, it was daylight by 4.30 am and only a blind on bedroom window, I would have liked a curtain on window to block out light.

This really is a stunning apartment. There is everything there that you need for a self catering break. Very high specification, modern decor. Maximum comfort in a great location. I cannot recommend this place highly enough. We will definitely book again.

What a find! Absolutely fabulous apartment. Immaculately clean and everything was of exceptional quality. Anne met us as we arrived and handed over the key and she is so lovely and friendly. Offered any help we needed if required. I would highly recommend this apartment as it was superb. The sea view was lovely. Bed so comfortable and the bedding was such high quality. We were amazed at the food left for our breakfast! Cereals, bread, croissants, eggs, milk, fresh orange juice, yoghurts, jam etc. tea, coffee and sugar. Well done Anne! We hope to visit you again in the future. You could not improve anything in your apartment. Perfection is hard to achieve but you have done it with bells on! Everything was first class, thank you!

Spotlessly clean and very comfortable apartment in a lovely location just a short walk from the beach. Anne came out and gave us a friendly welcome as soon as we arrived and we really appreciated the breakfast groceries left in the fridge/cupboard for us. One of the nicest places I've stayed in, thank you so much.

Anne met us as soon as we arrived and was very welcoming. She showed us into the property and explained everything we needed. She also gave us lots of ideas for places we could visit while in Lossiemouth. She left us an amazing selection of vegan breakfast options which we really appreciated. It was more that we could of asked for! The apartment was absolutely spotless and very homely. The bed was very comfortable and we loved the power shower! Sad to be leaving!

Decorated to a very high standard and a lot of very thoughtful touches - would certainly stay again.

From the moment we walked in we could see we had picked the right place to stay, beautiful and everything was spotless. Comfy bed and the suite in the sitting room was so relaxing to sit on. The breakfast items that were left for us were much more than we needed for our three days, Bread, Eggs, Porridge, different types of Cereals, Granola, milk, orange juice, marmalade, jam, butter, Tea and Coffee, It is so unusual to have breakfast left for you in self catering but what a treat it was.
