We had a fabulous weeks stay at Carlos’s villa. Fantastic location by the port, beach and restaurants. Our children loved the games room and pool and all the equipment and beach towels provided meant we didn’t need to bring our own. Lots of space in the villa and wraparound garden for a family of four and more and everything you could need for a great weeks holiday. The fridge was pre-stocked with essentials which was a very nice touch and Carlos couldn’t have been more helpful as a host. We have friends in the area so know El Toro well and would definitely recommend as a base to explore Mallorca. Lovely quiet residential area but walking distance to restaurants if you don’t want to eat at home. We would highly recommend and hope to visit again soon.

We went on a family holiday in September to Villa Puerto Adriano. This 3 double bedroom, 3 bathroom villa suited our 6 adult party perfectly. The villa was very charming, spacious and clean. We were greeted by Carlos the owner who showed us around. We were very surprised to find the fridge and food cupboard well stocked by him , which saved us a trip to the supermarket for a couple of days. Carlos is a very friendly, happy, charming man who can't do enough for you. He is very helpful and is always on the end of the phone if you need him. We would recommend this villa for adults and families alike.

We have just come back from the most amazing holiday in Mallorca staying at Carlos and Susanna’s lovely villa. They were both so accommodating. From providing everything from a fridge full of food and drink on arrival, to treating us to a takeaway on one of our evenings that we stayed in. The service was impeccable and I would highly recommend this villa for anyone. The villa was located down a peaceful road and was also gated so the safety element for children is perfect. A supermarket was just around the corner so it made getting any food or drink bits really easy. It was also spotless on arrival and the perfect size for our group of 6, spacious and homely. Any questions or queries we had throughout our stay were answered almost immediately from the owners and were always available to help if we needed. They also provided a really helpful guide on restaurant recommendations and all the instructions we needed for any appliances within the villa to make our stay as easy as possible. If we visit Mallorca again we will definitely be returning to this lovely villa. Thank you Carlos and Susanna for making our stay so special! Millie and the girls

Susannah and Carlos were great hosts from first enquiry to leaving. We were blown away by our fabulous welcome with chilled drinks and a very well filled fridge, always a smile on their faces. The villa is in a quiet residential area, walking distance from a few nice restaurants , a lovely bakery and a Spar. There are also more up market restaurants in the harbour. The buses are easy to use and we were able to spend days on the beach in Santa Ponsa, visit the waterpark and Palma. We loved hanging out in the villa, plenty of space for 2 families and the pool was a fabulous hit. Lots of space to socialise and relax, the only problem was not having long enough there, every one wished we were staying longer. Thank you Carlos and Susannah

Our stay at this villa could not have been better. On arrival we were greeted by Carlos with a huge smile and amazing welcoming to his villa. To our utter surprise and amazement he had provided us with a fantastic welcome pack and proudly showed us around his beautiful villa. My 5 year old was in awe of the surprise room and was spoiled by our host. The villa is in a perfect location, close to shops, the beach and the stunning marina of Puerto Adriano with fantastic bars and restaurants. The villa itself is well appointed and you want for nothing, if you do, then Carlos is on hand to provide you with anything you need. All in all we had the most fantastic 2 weeks here and have already booked for next year (in fact we booked it on day 2 of our holiday!)

The owners, Carlos & Susanna, go to great lengths to ensure you have a comfortable stay in their property. They are fantastic hosts and provided everything we needed for a relaxing holiday. We particularly enjoyed the salt water pool. The fridge was brimming full of essentials and treats and to our delight after a day of travelling, Carlos greeted us with a delicious Thai dinner on our arrival. Fantastic touches to welcome guests! Carlos and susanna were very friendly hosts as soon as we booked their villa they were extremely helpful to us. Carlos met us all at villa and showed us around his wonderful property he was so very kind filling the fridge with such thoughtful gifts which were gratefully received. Also one night bringing us a takeaway in a beautiful basket. He has been brilliant we had a fantastic time. We found the area of El Toro very pleasant and travelled by taxi to palma and Santa Ponsa. This villa has everything you need for a very relaxing holiday. We had a few bbqs in the evening and relaxed around the pool during the day. You can walk to the local shops plus Port Adriano. This is a great villa to rent in a superb location. Thank you again Carlos for a great week at your villa see you again soon.

This was our second time staying at the gorgeous villa. Carlos & Susanna are the most perfect hosts. We arrived late in the evening and Carlos greeted us with a Chinese takeaway! We were so grateful after travelling. We have 3 girls aged 11,8,7 who all love coming here. The pool is amazing and you have the games room for when you want to get out of the sun for a bit. This villa has everything you need and more. It's in the lovely location with the beautiful Marina and lots of local restaurants. Thank you for having us Carlos & Susanna. This place is outstanding! This was our very 1st time booking a Villa anywhere, we normally travel much further afield, but brought an elderly relative so didn't want to travel far. We wanted somewhere away from the hustle and bustle, relaxing and enough space for us our kids and elderly grandad. This place really had everything we wanted. We loved playing pool and ping pong together at night, and sitting around the pool. It is very well located to the beautiful port..we went to view the super yachts and made ourselves feel poor 😂. There is a spar very close by, also a butcher's. Bars are close by but at this time it's was quiet, but perfect for us. Our hosts were honestly Amazing, we felt so welcomed and always knew they were close by, they even surprised our children with presents and filled our fridge! As someone who was nervous to book a Villa I am so glad that we did. We had an amazing time, and we plan to return Thank you again

I cannot recommend the villa and our hosts enough! We stayed at the villa with a 4, 11 and 14 year old and had the best time. The villa itself is just amazing, the space, amenities, setting, cleanliness was everything you hope for. Carlos and Susanna could not have done more for us, after arriving we realised that we had left behind our travel adaptors so I contacted Carlos to see if there were any in the villa but within half an hour Susanna had stopped by with 4 brand new ones for us! They had kindly filled the fridge for us which was so helpful, they were very attentive without being invasive at all and before leaving they kindly dropped off gifts for the kids which was such a lovely touch. I honestly can’t recommend the whole experience enough, if you are considering visiting then you will not be disappointed! We will definitely be back! Thanks again for making our family holiday so memorable.

Urlaub "Villa Puerto Adriano" in El Toro Wir (Reiner und Rosi, beide ca. 50 Jahre) haben unseren spontanen "Winterurlaub" in der wundervollen Villa von Carlos und Susanna verbringen dürfen. Wir haben sehr spontan, etwa eine Woche vor Anreise, mit Carlos Kontakt aufgenommen und die Buchungsanfrage gestellt. Der Januar mag für viele als Urlaubsmonat ungewöhnlich sein, doch es ist eine schöne Zeit, um vor dem Winter in Deutschland zu entfliehen. Die Kontaktaufnahme mit Carlos und Susanna war problemlos. Die Buchungsbestätigung haben wir noch am gleichen Tag erhalten - war echt total problemlos. Angekommen, wurden wir von Susanna empfangen, die uns ihre wunderschöne Villa gezeigt hat. Die Fotos, die in diversen Portalen zu sehen sind, haben nicht zu viel versprochen - es ist wirklich wunderschön! Die Ausstattung ist toll. Alles sehr sauber und gepflegt - es fehlt an nichts. Angefangen von einer umfangreichen Küchenausstatung über Waschmaschine und Wäschetrockner bis zum DVD-Player ist alles vorhanden. Besonders positiv überrascht hat uns der bereits gefüllte Kühlschrank, so dass wir bereits mit allen wichtigen Nahrungsmitteln und Getränken versorgt waren. Das habe ich so noch in keiner Ferienwohnung oder Haus erlebt. Echt super! Die Villa ist mit drei Schlafzimmern sowie drei Badezimmern für bis zu 6 Personen bestens geeignet. Bei Bedarf wären auch Übernachtungsmöglichkeiten im Wohnzimmer oder auch im wirklich gut ausgebauten Untergeschoss möglich. Empfehlenswert für Paare und auch für Familien mit Kindern. Im Untergeschoss sind zwei Zimmer mit Billardtisch, Tischtennisplatte sowie umfangreiches Kinderspielzeug. Die Villa befindet sich in einem Wohngebiet in sehr ruhiger Lage. Die Zufahrtswege werden nur von Anwohnern genutzt - kein Durchgangsverkehr oder sonstiger Lärm. Bestens geeignet für entspannte und erholsame Urlaubstage. Fußläufig sind ein Supermarkt, Fleischerei, Bäcker sowie mehrere Restaurants und Cafés in ein paar Hundert Metern Entfernung zu erreichen. Diese haben auch im Januar geöffnet. El Toro ist vielleicht noch ein Geheimtipp für entspannten Urlaub auf Mallorca. Es gibt dort nur wenige Hotels und keinen Massentourismus. Zusammengefasst, kann ich euch einen Urlaub bei Carlos und Susanna in ihrer wunderschönen Villa nur empfehlen. Perfekter Service, wunderbare Gastgeber in einer tollen Umgebung! Quit, safe neighborhood, easy access to local bakery and grocery. The house is one of the best equipped house we ever rented through VRBO (we regularly rent through them at least twice a year). Huge selection of spices for example. Everything was very clean, well maintained. Carlos, the owner is a super nice guy. He packed the fridge with beer and soda etc for us!! We definitely rent this place again.

This was the best stay we've ever had in Mallorca and this was our 7th visit. The kitchen is well appointed and the three bathrooms was very convenient. With the pool and games room this house is well suited for family holidays. The swimming pool is a huge and positive aspect of the house. We could not fault our host Carlos, he was extremely cooperative and generous in all aspects.

Wir haben einen wundervollen Urlaub in der Villa von Carlos und Suzanna verbracht. Das Haus war blitzeblank sauber, die Bettwäsche und Handtücher rochen sauber und frisch. Carlos ist der perfekte Gastgeber, auch wir haben uns über einen gefüllten Kühlschrank sehr gefreut. Als Ansprechpartner war er immer erreichbar und um unser Urlaubswohl besorgt ohne aufdringlich zu sein. Unsere beiden Töchter bekamen zum Abschied noch ein kuscheliges Souvenir geschenkt. Selten so einen tollen Vermieter gehabt. Putzfrau und Poolreinigung kamen während unseres 10-tägigen Aufenthaltes einmal rein und haben sehr ordentlich gearbeitet. Das Haus an sich lässt nichts missen vor allem für die Kinder gab es viel zum spielen draußen und drinnen. Der tolle Pool hat unseren Aufenthalt perfekt gemacht, von Luftmatratze, Taucherbrille bis zu Schwimmflügeln und -windeln war einfach alles vor Ort. Die Küche ist sehr modern umfangreich ausgestattet mit Induktion, Brotwärmer und amerikanischem Kühlschrank. Wie empfehlen dieses Haus uneingeschränkt weiter und werden sicher noch einmal wieder kommen. Danke für alles Carlos!! Grüße aus Münster Caren & Hamed

everything in the house was super convenient, the location to the little town, to the beach and the port. The pool was a great size and the water was always perfect during the hot summer days. The layout of the house was super convenient - we truly enjoyed our two weeks with the kids, grilling, cooking and having friends over. Carlos is a pleasure to have as a host - he is super friendly and thoughtful.

We spent a week at Carlos and Susanna's beautiful Villa during June. We were caught up in flight delays from Birmingham and did not arrive at the Villa until 1am in the morning 10 hours later than planned but Carlos who had kept in contact with us the whole time was at the Villa to welcome us and had organised a Chinese takeaway meal which was fantastic. The Villa is everything you could wish for situated in the relaxing town of El Toro which is between the major resorts of Magaluf and Santa Ponsa. We have visited El Toro many times and have always enjoyed the area especially the very beautiful Port Adriano which is only a 5 min walk from the Villa. The Villa itself is fully equipped with everything you need for a self catering holiday along with a wonderful swimming pool and was spotlessly clean throughout. Carlos and Susanna were really nice hosts and it was a pleasure for us to meet them both and we would not hesitate to recommend this Villa Harry & Val

We've rented several holiday properties throughout the years and Carlos is by far the best host we've had. He is a really nice and trustworthy person whose only goal is to ensure that his guests can focus on enjoying their holiday.

The villa is stunning !! We were greeted by Carlos who is such a lovely guy. He made us feel so welcomed . Our girls spent alot of time in the pool which was amazing. Everything is very child friendly & plenty for them to do at the Villa. Carlos & Susanna are fantastic at making everything perfect for you and are on hand if you ever need anything. Such lovely people. They even stocked the fridge with food and drinks on arrival for us which was amazing. This was our first villa holiday and we are already looking at going back next year !! Everything was just right and fine: from the start upon arrival nice little surprises as e.g. a filled fridge with all we needed for the first day. Carlos waited for us atthe house which was easy to find and wellcomed us in a very friendly warm way. The first excellent impression was then topped by the house itself: spacious, very clean and decorated with good taste. To find your way around Carlos has provided a dossier which answered all our questions. The kitchen is well equipped and also nicely decorated (big plus for summer is the ice machine). I spent a couple of holidays in Spain, Potugal and so on, but it was the first time that the internet worked in a very stable way - so you even can watch Netflix (via HDMI cable) on the new TV. The swimming pool is not really big but well maintained and clean. No problems with the neighbours, walking distance to the sea. I give 5 stars for the house and one additional star for Carlos who is an extremely friendly, pleasant and honest man. Would like to get back there right now. Markus from Switzerland

Property had everything we wanted. Swimming pool was great. Bedrooms very comfortable. Owners - Carlos and Susannah - both really lovely. Friendly and very helpful. They filled the fridge with drinks and food and treated us to a Thai meal. Highly recommended.

Great location, a short walk from bars, supermarket, Marina, sandy beach, warm sea and great restaurants. Fully stocked villa with all that you need including a welcome meal and snacks/ drinks for the whole week. Good pool and seating on the astro turf grass. Carlos the owner responded to everyone before and during our stay instantly, in fact I probably took much of an advantage of that! Just what we wanted for a laid back family retreat! Thank you!

We regularly rent villas in the South of Majorca and this has been by far and away our favourite experience. Not only is the villa set close to all the amenities of Port Adriano but it also has stunning views from the balcony. Our holiday started with a warm welcome from Carlos and we were so surprised to find that he had already stocked the fridge with so many different things that we didn't need to go to the supermarket. It felt as if we were coming to stay with a close friend. The villa itself was modern, clean and perfect for our two children who were amazed to find that they had their own play room filled with toys. The salt water pool was surrounded with artificial grass which was perfect as it meant that the children could run around without us worrying about them slipping or hurting their feet. To top things off Carlos personally came to say goodbye when we were leaving and even brought wonderful gifts for our children. We could not have wished for a better holiday Thanks Carlos and Susanna and hopefully see you again next year!!!
