Great location with the view. Spacious apartment with 2 balconies and 2 showers. Plenty of appliances and towels to use.

Property seems to be used quite a lot by previous tenants. Some light fixtures and sockets are broken. Visible wear and tear on every surfaces. Leaflets placed around the apartment with rules that asks to clean toilets, sinks and taking out your trash before leaving.

Open plan living was very nice. Views were amazing. Coffee mashine was a massive bonus! Dishwasher is always a good thing.

The apartment needs a bit of TLC. One of the bedroom door didn't shut, most windows were impossible to open (very stiff), the top bedroom light switch was missing (it was left bare) and general wear and tear on the walls, carpets and bathrooms. However, it was very clean. Top floor bedroom didn't have beds - only mattresses on the floor. None of the windows had blinds or curtains on!!!! (we had to put towels on the window in our bedroom for kids however that left us with an open window all the time. The biggest issue I had was that the apartment was unsafe for young children. No handrail on the stairs, metal bars around the stairs on the second floor were so wide that I could fit through them nevermind a young child and on the top floor there weren't bars going all along at all (there was a massive gap left between the wall and bars).
