Overall, the place was near Aeon Mall, Great food all around the area. Room was good, able to dry the clothes but have to hand wash them.
Air-conditioning was not working too well, middle of the night, I would feel hot.

Very nice place to stay. Staff were great, and close to everything. Happy hour is good, and the pool amazing. The rooms are very clean and very large. Great value for money. Thankyou we really enjoyed out stay.

the only reason why I rated it a 9 was because during our stay there was work happening on the floor below the pool. this is probably why there was a discount however we was unaware when booking it. the pool was still fine to use but that area was very loud so we couldn’t relax.
only a minor issue as we loved our stay and will book again and recommend to other people.

The apartment was complete. Loundge, kitchen, toilet and bed. Perfect.
The water of the shower started hot and finished cold.

The location
There are so many cockroaches running around in the room. When we check out, I told the front man and he said thank you for your feedback. And another hotel staff said that they should do pest control but now didn't do it. The room is big and clean but the cockroaches.

When I check out, Reception staff not accept to refund my deposit.They also said it will refund few days later to my ABA Bank account. It’s past 9 days after I check out,but still no refund. I call to hotel phone numbers but cannot connect.Send email but no response.

No credit cards. Only Cash. But Them never talked about the deposit Before. You can get a discount if you protest.

it’s not clean, no hot water, scratches everywhere. bad pillows

The beds were very comfortable, the A/C worked very well, the food was nice and varied
The hot water was not very good or consistent; the windows on all the rooms opened full—not safe for anyone, especially children, when staying on the 10th floor (no screens, no limited swing, no grates to ensure no one could fall out); poo was discovered in the pool

The breakfast was excellent. It provided me and my family with all we needed. The staff was so friendly and welcoming! I would definitely come back to this location if in the area again!!!!!
I have nothing to complain about. I was fully satisfied with my visit at Naki Suites.
