Spacey, light apartment. A calm oasis in busy part of town. Nice balcony overlooking green gardens, big enough for two to have aperitifs and lunch - Sunny in the afternoon. Location is good - close to station and walking distance of all main galleries etc.

We were given the opportunity to check in an hour later that initially stated. The apartment was clean and spotless! The bed is amazing! Shower too!! I honestly can't find anything that could be a real minus to this place. Special thanks to Luciano who came to pick us up since google took us to the wrong address (pay attention to black and red street numbers in Florence!) and answered all of our questions. The apartment is isolated from the city noise and very relaxing

For three nights and three people, we were given just two rolls of toilet paper. However, upon our request, Luciano brought another one so this was not really an issue :)

The appartment is great with everything you need. We arrived a bit earlier than expected but that was no problem at all. The location is amazing, just 5 minutes to the Duomo for instance. Would definitely visit again.

Extra towels and a change of bed sheets would have been nice especially for longer stays. We had to wash towels and sheets a couple of times. Aircon was not working properly - I advised management of this and they explained that they were waiting on a service engineer - no comfort to us I’m afraid - we still paid full price for an apartment that was advertised with aircon! Only one teaspoon, no wine glasses or coffee machine, electricity supply tripped an number of times and I was advised over the phone how to reset at the mains (at entrance to complex in electrical cabinet - a simple operation for an engineer like me but possibly problematic for others -would have been a bigger problem if it happened during the night when nobody is available to answer a phone call to advise location of trip switch).Resolve these issues and I would have no problem awarding a 10/10 rating and I would definitely recommend this apartment to anyone planning on visiting Florence. A little bit more info about location of rubbish bins, tram stations and washing machine would also help.
