Kilátás a szobából (2.emelet, déli oldal) a fenyvesre és az egyik sípályára. A reggeli bőséges és választékos-, az A' la carte vacsora isteni-, a vendéglátó részen a személyzet nagyon kedves volt. A wellnessben jó volt megpihenni az egész napos kirándulás után, a medence a mérete (6x12m) miatt "rendes" úszásra is alkalmas volt, a jakuzzi valóban masszírozta az embert. A szoba felszereltsége eggyel magasabb kategóriában is megállta volna a helyét.

Az ágy és a párna nagyon puha és kényelmetlen volt, de ez szubjektív. A recepciósok közömbösek, unottak voltak, még távozáskor sem kérdezték meg hogy éreztük magunkat. Általánosságban gyenge angol kommunikáció a személyzet részéről.

The region is exceptional, the hotel is perfect for hiking and is a great price to value pick. The spa offers relaxation opportunities after daytime activities.

It felt, that the restaurant is not really ready for serving people with allergies. Both the breakfast and the menu lacks wider options for gluten intolerants. The only pool is cold water.

the biggest problem for us was that there is no ramp/platform to the hotel part. with little kid and a stroller it’s a bit uncomfortable, but not impossible.

Great location for our golfing trip, very near by the Grey Bear Golf Club!

The location is amazing! And in general this hotel has all opportunities to be excellent, BUT the rooms are very “tired”, not modern at all! The spa aria same! Only one thing was really nice - it’s a breakfast on the terrace with the view. And the food was also not bad)
