La lussuosa casa di fronte al mare dello stilista di lusso su Hollywood Beach a Oxnard con tutti i comfort. Adatto a famiglie singole o multiple. Questa proprietà unica sulla spiaggia è divisa in 2 unità completamente attrezzate. La casa al piano terra dispone di 2 camere da letto e 2 bagni, soggiorno, cucina gourmet e 6 posti letto. Camino a gas funzionante nel soggiorno, in unità lavatrice / asciugatrice, barbecue a gas, Smart TV in tutte le camere da letto e soggiorno con canali premium e internet. Splendide viste sull'oceano e sulle Isole del Canale dal soggiorno, dalla cucina gourmet e dalla camera da letto principale. L'unità superiore è a 2 piani con soffitti a 2 piani e camino a gas con una vista spettacolare sulle Isole del Canale e sull'Oceano Pacifico. Ci sono 4 camere da letto e 3 bagni. Cucina cucina con elettrodomestici in acciaio inossidabile completamente attrezzata per tutte le esigenze di intrattenimento. Patio fronte spiaggia enorme dove è possibile barbecue e cenare all'aperto o ci si può sedere su uno degli altri 2 patii e leggere o semplicemente rilassarsi. Questa bellissima casa sulla spiaggia a 3 piani sulla spiaggia di Hollywood è stata appena rinnovata con mobili nuovi di zecca ed è completamente attrezzata con asciugamani, lenzuola e sedie a sdraio. Può ospitare fino a 16 con un totale di 6 camere da letto e 5 bagni. Inoltre la casa ha AC centrale e riscaldamento. La nostra casa completamente attrezzata è qui per soddisfare tutte le vostre esigenze. Forniture per cucinare kosher separate sono disponibili su richiesta. Gli animali domestici saranno considerati con un costo aggiuntivo per gli animali domestici. We had a great time. House is beautiful. View is great. We had our daughter’s 13th birthday there. It was an all girl birthday party. I was the only adult who stayed with nine teenagers (12-14 ages). My husband stopped by to help with chores and left at night. Anything you need the house had it. The house owner Rita was super available anytime I had a question. Thank you Rita for making us to build wonderful memories at your house. My daughter found this place and we truly enjoyed our stay.

If you want to be on the beach and within walking distance of eateries from good pizza to great grilled swordfish, this is the place. Even a decent brewpub nearby. Everybody in the family had a great time playing sand volleyball and football, boogie boarding and relaxing in the sun.
The house didn't get 5 Stars in every category because of the following reasons. Clean but fit and finish not top notch: dual glazed window leakers, sand tar on the steps leading up to front door, clutter and old appliances stacked in the garage bay/game room, curtain pulls difficult to operate or broken. House advertised as luxury, but having a washer and dryer stacked in the guest bathroom isn't classy. Garbage disposal switch 5 feet from sink behind microwave. During our visit, downstairs garbage disposal had to be replaced and both coffee makers had to be replaced. Host was pleasant and easy to talk with and did her best to get things repaired or replaced.

This house was stunning. The pictures don't lie. The house is directly on the beach and has its own little seating area on the sand. The water itself isn't very far away even thought it looks kind of far in the pictures. I can confidently say that me and the group I went with had no complaints of the property. The owner Rita was also very quick to answer any questions I had about the house and area the house was located in. The simple check in along with the simple check out instructions were so nice and private. Didn't have to do anything complicated. The price was worth every cent and I would definitely stay there again.

We had an amazing stay at this property. It was a perfect weekend getaway for my family and friends. The location is perfect, right on the beach. The house was decorated so cute and was so clean. The only confusion I had when I arrived was that the property is a duplex. There are actually 2 separate units. The listing does not mention that it is, so it was a bit confusing. This did not end up being a problem, however, and worked out well. I would definitely recommend this property and would come back again!

Gem by the Ocean
Every year our Book Group goes away for a weekend in November. We all agreed this was one of the best VRBO we stayed at. Daily walks along the strand, dinners with a fire creating a warming environment and beautiful sunsets.

Awesome stay
Two of my siblings and small children gathered for several days of R & R. This home was so lovely. The kitchen and great room were awesome with the patio right off the great room. The bedrooms are spacious and well spaced for folks to retreat for rest. It’s on a nice quiet street with an easy walk to the channel to see sea lions and get ice cream. The downstairs two bedrooms are essentially their own suite with a small kitchen and cozy living room. Of course the beach and water were awesome. Other than the grocery store to load up, we had little reason to leave the property!

SPECTACULAR BEACHFRONT LOCATION!
WOW!!! My family (adults) stayed in this FABULOUS HOME!!! I don’t know where to begin! First off, the property is so beautiful! The design and decor tasteful, elegant, yet comfy beachy! I love to cook and found every utensil needed at my fingertips! Plenty of everything - clean, neat and comfortable. Also, very quiet and private. On a scale on 1-10 it would be an 11!

Great weekend getaway
Truly a great home if you love being on the beach! It was great for our kiddos and great for the parents to enjoy while kiddos nap! The host was easy to communicate with and very accommodating. We will return for sure

Great beach condo.
This condo was excellent in every way except two. First, the city changed their occupancy limits after our booking requiring us to rent a second condo nearby or cancel. Second, the waves at the beach break almost right on the sand and pebbles making body surfing and boogie boarding difficult and less enjoyable. It otherwise is a clean uncrowded beach that our younger grandchildren loved. Again the condo itself was excellent with a superb great room and the owner easy to work with.

Great Beach House
We travel every year to a beach property in California with our family. This property is located on a quiet part of the beach. Even though we stayed in July, we literally had the beach to ourselves. Our family members commented that this house was in the best condition of any beach house that we have stayed at. I would recommend this house to anyone. My dealings with Rita were excellent.

Family Trip from San Francisco.

This house was everything we could have asked for. Rita, the owner, was so friendly and very accommodating. She was very patient with us postponing due to Covid. Everything about the house was amazing: location, view, set up, etc. Rita provides everything for a fun, relaxing stay. Would highly recommend this property.

Beach views for miles
Rita was a wonderful host so responsive and accommodating. I knew if there were any issues, she'd be on top of it. The pictures were accurate and the place is as lovely as depicted. I appreciated the two separate units because I was able to work downstairs away from the chaos of the kids upstairs. The only downside of the beach - has nothing to do with the property - is that there is tar in the sand. So we had to be careful to remove the tar from our feet and shoes or else we'd track it through the house. We'd definitely rent this place again during the summertime.

Great beachfront spot
Although the weather was rather cool and very very windy, our group thoroughly enjoyed this house! The living area was bright and airy, and our 19 year-old son and his friend enjoyed having their own separate 2 BR unit downstairs. Hollywood Beach is a beautiful wide open stretch of sand with incredible sunsets behind the Channel Islands, although like other SoCal beaches near offshore drilling you have to watch out for tar on the beach. Downtown Ventura, 15 minutes away, was the perfect spot for dinner during COVID, with at least four blocks of the main street turned into a pedestrian-only zone to accommodate many outdoor dining options. Rita was helpful and accommodating, and we look forward to returning!

It was a great place to hold my immediate family gathering and able to be safe with the social distance requirements. The beach view in the morning was so peaceful to wake up too. I will be renting this again in the future it was worth it.

Great House; Perfect Location
The house and the location are every bit as ideal as reflected in the listing. The views are amazing -- especially the sunset over the channel islands. The house is well equipped, and it was perfect for our large extended family group. The property owner was so responsive in answering our questions.

Great beach house!
Rita’s beach house was the perfect stay for my family. We had 10 adults and one toddler, and this home was wonderful. The bedrooms were comfortable and the bathrooms were clean and easily accessible. We happen to have perfect weather, even in November, and spent a lovely afternoon on an electric boat rental in the marina with a picnic and a cooler. The downstairs apartment is separated and was perfect for my grandparents who wanted a little extra quiet time and privacy, and didn’t have to go down the stairs to get to the beach. We can’t wait to come back to this beach house for our next trip!
