Wonderful view

great view over Lake Garda, very good breakfast, big private parking, friendly staff, food and drink prices not high, rooms might be small but the balconies are big with chairs and table to sit. I extended to stay here for 1 more night.

It was perfect to get away from the mayhem around the lake. The simple food is eaten looking over a panoramic view of the lake. Wake up and sit on the balcony and watch the fog clear. Great staff who are very patient with Frankly many rude customers from north of the border! 10/10

Come to this hotel if you like walking - you can go hiking every day up and down to the lake Garda. We’ve done it and that is our plan for our next stay. Our room had a balcony with a perfect view, it was lovely to stay there. The room is quite spacious (the bed could be better). Clean room, good bathroom. The restaurant is worth visiting for a dinner even if you are not staying in the hotel, we recommend fish, home - made pasta and tiramisu is a must. The breakfast is great, very good food plus an absolutely fantastic morning view; very Instagramish. The hotel has some entertainment for kids - a playground and you can take a look at Alpine cows (with a bell).

Please notice, if you're a fond of luxury and comfor, it's not a place for you. Yet, this is a very romantic and intimate place. Very nice people are running the hotel. The view from the balcony is just maginificent! Those evenings with sunsets are just unforgettable. It's also very convenient that the restaurant is in the hotel. Whenever we came back from driving around the region, and haven't found a place to eat, we could always safely eat "at home" (one remark: better go to the reception and make sure you don't need a reservation for table on weekends, as all might be occupied in the evening). Breakfast with rather constant menu, but all being brought to the table and all fresh and very tasty. In the restaurant, the lunch dishes also various and delicious. Parking and WiFi free of charge! Thank you dear hosts! ...and a small advice for those who are not well skilled in driving and don't want to e.g. lose your side-mirrors - the road from the lake shore (from Castelletto-Brenzone) up to the hotel, is pretty challenging, so you might want to reconsider making extra distance, and taking alternative way via Villanova - the road is wider and without any "one-car narrow" sections.

(1) The balconies are close to each other, so the smokers can give you a hard time, when you happen to have one as a neighbour - it would be recommended to divide the rooms into sections, where rooms close to each other are e.g. for non-smokers only. (2) The walls are a bit thin and this could also be an issue if the neighbours are not too quiet ones ;)

This place is a dream above Lake Garda. Be it from the restaurant, the main hotel balcony or from the balcony of your own room, you have a 180 view of the lake, especially beautiful at sunset. Free parking was available, the place was easy to find, restaurant was really good, private bathroom, great value for money and all staff were really nice and welcoming.

Everything suited my needs, so really no negatives to complain about. Only thing I didn't get to experience was breakfast since time was limited from 8am-9:45 and I wanted to watch sunrise from a nice spot a bit further away. They did offer me a cup of coffee a bit earlier if I wanted, being extra nice here.

The view on the lake is amazing and well worth it. Breakfast was good too.

The walls are super thin, you can hear everything from your neighbors. The room itself is rather small and it would need some pictures on the walls to make it more comfortable. It was hard to get the room warm due to the old windows.

View from the hotel was magnificent. We were able to watch the sun go down from the restaurant patio while eating dinner. Food was also excellent. Hotel personal were really friendly and helpful.

The lighting in the room was insufficient for reading in bed, additional bed side lamps would have been good to have.

The location is nice with a nice view but I was on the other side of the lake. Booking.com said 16 km so I booked without checking the location.

The location of this hotel is really magnificent. It’s up on a hill with the most beautiful view of the lake and surrounding mountains. The bedroom was basic yet comfortable, but the view from the balcony made up for any shine missing from the room. I would also recommend having dinner at the restaurant at least once, the food is very good and very well priced. I would stay here again in an instant.

This hotel is located at a great spot a bit up the mountain, for us it was a little bit difficult to get up with the car, but as soon as we arrived the scenery was so breathtaking that we forgot everything else. The staff are so great to communicate with, and the food, breakfast, lunch and dinner were super satisfying for our taste. I definitely recommend this place.

The staff is so friendly, the room was very nice and cleaned daily, the view of both the room and the restaurant was stunning, we had breakfast there and it was very good as well.

Great family run business. A bit far from a lake but it has an AMAZING view.
