Nice and spacious apartment

It was a very clean modern and quite big appartment.
It is close to Borik beach.
If you want to go to old town you need to take a bus..

The owner was really helpful, friendly and welcoming. The guesthouse was comfortable, in a nice quiet location with some great restaurants nearby. The centre of Zadar was a short hop away and very easy to get to.

The owner is kind, the place is well equipped. You may only need something to make a coffe (if i got it right, there was one drip coffee maker for all apartments). Bring or buy your own basic cooking stuff (salt, oil). About the TV, we were only able to get one music channel and plenty of german teleshopping:D (maybe we just didnt figure out how it works, not a big deal for us).
There were many dead, bloody mosquitos on the wall in the bedroom :D we wiped them off ourselves, it would be nicer welcome without them.

The property exceeded our expectations. The Landlords- Mr Marijan and his lovely wife were the perfect hosts, nothing was too much trouble for them. Everything was super clean, spacious, furnisher nicely. working aircon, bathroom was lovely and clean. Wi-Fi, parking on site, plenty of everything. Quiet area but close to all amenities. Brilliant!!! Thank you so much for sharing your guest house with us. Katarina :)

Clean, good air conditioning
We were verbally assaulted by the owner upon arrival, even despite advising we would be. Late due to a flight delay, and keeping him informed and advsing when we were 20 mins away. Owner very aggressive. There is also a clock in another flat which goes off every single hour even in the middle of the night, very loud and apparently it can't be turned off

The owner is super nice.
We got many towels which was also nice.
We got no cutlery etc. So we couldn’t eat the stuff we bought at the store. It would be handy to at least put a water boiler in the room, so people can make tea and coffee.
Also no bin in the room to throw away the trash.
The window was broken and couldn’t open.

The hosts are very nice and friendly! The room was clean, you have everything you need. The apartment is very close to the sea, in 7-10 minutes you can reach several beaches. There are some good restaurants and 2 supermarkets in 10-15 minutes on foot.
The apartment a bit far a way from the city center, for people without car could be not that convenient (however you can use buses, a bus station is near to the apartment).

Apartment is near to the sea, only 5-7 min walking. Host was very helpful and talkative, helped us with everything needed

The host is warm and very friendly. The location is good, about 10 minutes away from Zadar Old Town and very close to a sandy beach (less than 5 minutes by car). Private parking and AC is a plus.
The bathroom was very small, enabling only one person at the time to be there. The towels could be a little bit softer.

It was great. Host was very hospitable and we spent great time there. The hairdryer saved our ***.

Very clean and comfortable accommodation with all the essential amenities and plenty of storage. The host is kind. The guesthouse is located on a narrow road but we could park the car in the yard of the property.
Had a pleasant stay in overall.
The host is kind, but a bit difficult to communicate though, language issues and for checkout we were waiting for half an hour.

Spacious apartment, quiet residential area, parking. Heater (important for low season visitors). Balcony. Wifi. Very friendly and helpful neighbor, glad to meet.
Not clean enough, could be better. Linens/towels are tired.
