Das Apartment hat eine gute Lage und bietet einigen Komfort. Als Familie sollte man wissen, dass es nur ein Schlafzimmer gibt - weitere Personen müssen auf dem Sofa im Wohnbereich schlafen. Das Apartment war sauber und gut gepflegt.

Juli und Paulina sind sehr nette und korrekte Vermieterinnen. Paulina ist vor Ort. Sie sind sehr hilfsbereit und kommen ggf. sehr schnell. Garagenstellplatz im Sommer ist nebenbei auch gut. Der Pool ist in der Nähe der Wohnung. Kommen gerne wieder!

Logement très confortable avec tout l’équipement nécessaire( lave vaisselle, lave linge et climatisation) pour passer d’agréables vacances! Les plus sont le parking ( on peut quasiment tout faire à pieds) et la piscine.

Location très sympa et conforme à l' annonce. Très bien située pour se déplacer à pied.

Excellent emplacement de la résidence 10mn a pied des plages et du centre de Collioure. Résidence très calme, appartement très fonctionnel avec drap et serviettes fournies. A voir néanmoins les odeurs d'égouts sur la terrasse et a prévoir un grille pain.

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié l'appartement spacieux,gai,avec tout ce qu'il faut,un magnifique magnolia à l'arrière de l'appartement et une jolie terrasse ensolellié à l'avant. Nous avons eu le coup de foudre pour Collioure, nous espèrons bien revenir chez vous.

Agréablement surpris par cet appartement fonctionnel spacieux, lumineux, confortable, bien équipé avec beaucoup de rangements. Vue sur mer et montagne, piscine bien exposée? Très bien placé, pas de besoin de voiture pour aller à Collioure, appartement très agréable. 2 points de vigilance: Sur la terrasse, la végétation mériterait d’être un peu plus taillée pour profiter de la très belle vue, et Les climatisations mériteraient aussi d’être révisés. N’hésitez pas à y aller!

App très spacieux pour 4 personnes très bien équipé Grande piscine centre ville proche mais avec une bonne grimpette pour remonter 😊....

Emplacement exceptionnel. Plage et centre ville a 5 min a pied depuis l appartement avec en plus un garage et une piscine privée pour l immeuble. Appartement fonctionnel et la climatisation est un vrai plus. Nous recommandons ce logement

We enjoyed our week’s stay in this well equipped and comfortable appartment. The view from the living room and the back terrace was just stunning and the pool (which was usually deserted) was an added bonus. Only a 20 minute (round trip) walk to the boulangerie in the morning and our favourite bar (la voile) in the evening. Perfect!

We very much enjoyed our stay. The apartment is comfortable, has a wonderful view over Collioure, and there is a pleasant 10 minute leisurely walk down to town to swim or get groceries.

great place. everything we needed ( oven, washing machine, dishwasher) was in the flat including bits for the beach. the centre of collioure is only 5 mins away by foot yet the flat is in very peaceful surroundings and its nice to have the windmill next door as well. great views over collioure ( although the bushes in the garden blocked part of the view when sitting on the terrace) nice sun terrace out front as well handy for drying clothes etc. there is a lovely hiking path starting from the apartment gates to the fort. lidl is a 10 min walk away and lovely portvendre 15 min. walk

Great beaches bars restaurants apartment was fabulous would love to return

Lovely apartment with a contemporary style and well equipped. Wonderful views and a short walk to the Town for your shopping. We stayed for 3 weeks and will be returning.

The apartment is close enough to the shops, bars and restaurants in the town yet away from the crowds. There are beautiful views from the apartment and the apartment is well equipped. The Wi-Fi and Netflix work very well. We had a lovely holiday and the weather was good all week. It was a very enjoyable stay. Port Argelis and Port Vendre are close by. Will definitely be back.

The apartment was smart, comfortable and had a well equipped kitchen. Great views from the terrace where I enjoyed more than a few bottles of wine while watching the dramatic sunsets. The fast internet was very much appreciated. Collioure itself is a great base for walking along the coast or into the mountains. I did several sections of the "Le Sentier du Littoral" from Collioure along the coast towards the Spanish border. The Dynamiterie de Paulilles / Noble's Dynamite Factory is well worth a visit, just down the road and free too. For the more lazy days the apartment is in a convenient location for the central shops, restaurants and the sandiest / most sheltered beach in Collioure. The complex pool is quiet and pretty large. I will definitely be looking to return! Matt

My boyfriend and I had a fantastic two-week stay here. The apartment was spotless and had everything we needed. The pool was a brilliant bonus and was well-used, given the gorgeous weather we were lucky enough to have. We found that we had it to ourselves during siesta time (between 2pm and 3pm) each day, which was perfect as this is when a dip in a cool pool is most needed! The highlight for us though was the terrace and the stunning views. We spent many an evening sat with a glass of wine and food from the local market watching the sun set behind the castle. Paul and Julie were incredibly easy to contact, friendly and helpful. The apartment is a picturesque 15-minute walk into town and is also about a mile away from a huge Lidl, which is very convenient. We would love to return at some point and have recommended the apartment to friends and family. The nearest restaurant to the apartment (La Balette) is also a must visit!

Recently returned from a very enjoyable 7 night stay in the apartment. The accommodation was comfortable, spacious, air-conditioned and had a very well equipped kitchen. Being able to dine on the veranda or just sit reading a book was a very relaxing experience given the fantastic views over Collioure. Having access to a very clean and well maintained pool was an added bonus which we took advantage of every day given the high temperatures. There was some local building work taking place but this did not impact on our holiday given the restricted times that the builders were allowed to work. The property is located in a good central position for both Collioure and Port Vendres, which can be accessed on foot. We spent time in both locations and enjoyed the different experiences. Collioure is beautiful, shallow sea so it's safe for all family members, picturesque scenery, good restaurants and very friendly people. I will definitely go back and have been telling my friends about this "little gem". Thanks Marion

Very well equipped and attractive apartment. Ideally situated with superlative views. Perfect place for a holiday that's got history,relaxation varied dining opportunities and spectacular scenery. Wil certainly come back, as often as I can.

Very clean .it was very well located . Provided everything we needed and is a perfect fit for a family.it also has beautiful views and had a wonderful , little garden which is gorgeous to sit out on in the nice hot weather.we had a wonderful time in the apartment.
