Beautifully decorated, spotless clean, well appointed, great location.

For the price could not ask for more!

The property is in a central location. We were there over the weekend so parking was free and right by the town hall. It is a short car ride to eating areas and the channel tunnel. It has all amenities and looks very modern. Easy to enter and get keys (once you found were it was - ask the bakery). Once the central heating is working it can get too warm. Plesent view of square.

You could see the owner wasn't bothered about actually taking care of his property, which is a pity. Guard-railings wobbled, so did one chair (we were afraid of sitting on it). Place wasn't cleaned apart from whatever the previous renter did. On the surface/at first glance it looked fine, but there was coffee stains in the coffee machine, dirty teapot, limescale in the kettle, stains on beds/cushions and the worst of all: the bathroom shower was filthy . We slept over on one of the coldest day of the year because of Hurricane Jorge, but no instructions on how to get the central heating working. After a lot of hassle we realised the heating in the only bedroom (the other beds are on the mezzanine) was just broken, so no-one slept there (it was dead cold), we dragged the bed into the living-room instead. Advertised as 6-8 people but only suitable for 6, as the bedsofa is super uncomfortable and actually fits 2 teenagers, not two adults. When some of these things were flagged to the owner, he basically said we were haters and that next time we should go to a 5 star hotel. I will let the pictures speak for themselves. Such a waste - all the place needs is a decent cleaner and someone to screw and hammer some stuff in place and it it would live up to its promise/potential.

Absolutely nothing

Everything. One bed was not done at all. One bed with crumpled sheets , i even have doubts if they were cleaned ... grinding beds !!! Shower cabine is so ridiculously small ! And it stinks ! Awfully in the kitchen . I like air bb but here you really don’t want to sleep !!!
